When the sugar and egg white is whipped does it matter if it's not at stiff peaks can we add the egg yolk and the oil and also my turned out doughy but I still did put it in the oven
Combine dry ingredients: 1 cup flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 1.5tsp baking powder Pinch of baking soda 4eggs white beat until fluffy Add 150g of sugar slowly until it forms white peaks Add 4 yorks and continue beating Add 2tsp vanilla while whipping Slowly whip in 12 tablespoon of veg oil carefully not to remove Now slowly fold in with the dry ingredients and be careful not to remove air Bake at 180 for 30min
Hi Aparna, sorry for the late reply. This brand is called Bunge. I am in the philippines. I assume you are from India based on reviews here are some: for non dairy :Rich whip topping, Tropolite. For dairy try Amul or Purez. All the best :)

Life happened :) Here are the weigh of ingredients as promised: 1 cup flour- 120 grams 1/2 cup cocoa powder -40 grams the rest in measuring spoons would be a lot easier measured in spoon than grams. As per powdered sugar, grind together 201 grams of white sugar together with 1 tbsp of corn flour. The corn flour helps in keeping the sugar dry plus adds to the texture. Just double or triple the recipe if you need more for the whipping cream. I hope this helps you out. All the best. Enjoy baking :)
Glad found this recipe, as a muslim i didnt see any prohibited ingredients. Just wondering why in my country there are not halal blackforest, some people says it's because they add rhum, I even dont know it tastes like 😂
