I have to disagree if you have worked more than fifteen jobs of all varieties like Me in my County. I can call Myself a Business Woman. Anyone that first starts off in many job Fields makes mistakes and fight back annoying Employees in unprofessional ways then start to get more creative and professional with time. I listened to Jamie Foxx speak on how he operated on his own shows and other Music endeavors. I listened to Damion Dash speak on how he treated Jay Z because he valued his projects and Business. I listened how Ice Cube made a very important point on low budget versus high quality that determines the pay for Workers in that Industry. I listened to Snoop speak on how Death Row and the Music Business was going. I listened to Elon Musk and quite frankly I feel like this Congress meeting should be specific. Do not say that all of us are blaming anything on the Bosses. Some of us are blaming EVERYTHING on the Employees that are hired. I started choosing laid back jobs to stay off the radar because I do not like attention all like that. Elon Musk Company in Fremont, CA. Tesla, was very laid back and I liked the comfort. It was his Employee who Someone gave a position to that ruined it for other Employees that were doing their job because some Hispanics think everything is just theirs. Even other People's Company making it bad for Hispanics who are very much laid back like Myself. If you work that many jobs it is called "experience". I got a feel of how Companies are operated and how not to be a nagging bug like some of the CEO's chosen Department Leaders who are not good Leaders. Elon Musk did not have anything to do with the annoying Person that I was working with where my wages was just fine to stack my dough. I am very reasonable because I know how to save money. The same for many of my other jobs. It was the extremely annoying Employees causing all the problems. The Courts cannot protect opposing sides that do not want People to sue because when the evidence is submitted in Court the opposing side cannot deliberately commit perjury without being held liable. That is what Congress is being allowed with the local Courts lying about the truth because they do not want certain People evidence to become public knowledge. That is an attack on born Americans Constitutional rights that cannot be ignored. Congress is allowing Law Enforcement to ignore this very important Constitutional rights, Civil rights, and other violations committed against born Americans that has no authority in the local Courts. We do not get our time wasted because we have more evidence and Someone lied on us and want to keep that evidence out of the Courts. The ones liable have no power to keep the kind of evidence that I had out of Court. These were and are very serious damages. I do not see any humor in this nonsense. There should not be any forgiveness for these serious crimes. I am overdue way too much compensation and justice in Alameda County for the ones involved to be withholding my compensation and justice. Unforgivable. Thanks for sharing.

The correct word is usually in the long, rambling answer. It is how they run out the clock.

I can answer all of the Congress Members questions without a second thought as long as those questions are not evasive, personal, and attack innocent People. It does not matter what CEO's provide for Employees. It matter how Employees are treated that make CEO's billions and more of dollars. The same for Writers who make billions or more dollars off of Actors/ Actresses. Producers who make billions of dollars off of Singers/ Rappers, etc. The Business People have shared this information. For the Woman who claims that she does not know what a Business Person goes through. She has an issue with listening. I don't so I cannot relate to her. It is transparent with my knowledge that I am very capable of operating a Business successfully. The only issue is prejudice, racists, jealous, and envious troublemakers actions that attack born Americans like Myself. I believe I continue to prove that as a fact and not fiction in Alameda County. Especially in the local Courts with so much evidence that by now the Congress should be asking questions that receive immediate answers like mines about all my proof, versus no proof, holding up Courts, compensation, and justice. Instead Congress allows no responses without Anyone next to Congress Speakers asking the questions prepared to handcuff until questions of why serious Laws has been violated on us that has costs us millions of dollars. I do not need a Business with what I am overdue in Alameda County. I can mind my BUSINESS with my compensation. Thanks for sharing.

She wanted the woman to answer, what she didn’t want is the woman stonewalling and wasting time. They are under the clock here and these are mostly yes or no answers. There’s no need to ramble on about something that doesn’t pertain to the question.
As far as cameras, I think it’s our right to see how some of these hearings are held. It helps also to keep some bureaucrats in check.
