Lennon was pointing out people looked for pleasures of the world and had turned away from God And Jesus. In the eyes of some people The Beatles were more famous than Jesus they forgot about Jesus in their lives. Hitler did not commit suicide he lived on until old age. .

I know some rappers who mark GOD & JESUS in their music & they died of a horrible death 💀 not too long after. They don’t see the spiritual side of life in this world. It sudden me & even as a teenager I know I can’t be reciting those lyrics as we walk to school & as I heard some of my friends reciting it & laughing about it. The spirit came over me & I knew better & seen the red flags 🚩 in their music.
