Thank you for the reminder of the devastation and the destructive nature of sexual sin. Because of my sexual addiction… I’ve given away all that was important to me, family, friends,job, income…etc. in return for my poor choices received despair, suicidal thoughts, isolation , and suffering from the consequences. But looking back and learning to not be that man and doing opposite, only my Higher Power can give me that willingness … GOOD GREAT FATHER GOD rescued my life of destitution . He’s given me a life worth living not for myself, but for others. I’m blessed beyond words, a new understanding of loving God, new job , honest relationships, a peace and tolerance to life’s terms… to only God can change this stoney selfish heart of mine. My loving Jesus jumped in the deep dark pit of my heart and I felt the most compassion words cannot express. Offered no solution.. but a heartfelt compassion for my pain and suffering. The solution that was directed to me through His instruments of will was a 12 step program of action. This was very enlightening to say the least. I lost my husband 20 yrs ago by his infidelity and to this day I couldn't get over him. I've loved him since the day we were married and I forgave him for stepping out of the marriage. I begged him to no avail to come home and start over but he never did. I held on to my feelings for him and in doing so have always thought lustfully of him. He is remarried and I still have a hard time letting these feelings go but I see now after viewing your video that my Christianity and LOVE for GOD should mean more too me than he, and so you have opened my eyes! As for Lot and his daughters, that situation was horribly ugly from start to finish. Lot basically prostituted his own daughters out just because he didn't want the guests in his home to be violated. I'm not gay, I have a wife and a child but I can say that gay people or "homo sexual" people should not be considered sinful when they fell in love with the same sex, because it's affection and love that they feel towards the same sex. For me, I think it will only be a sin if straight people for example men that are straight but performed a sexual act towards the same sex and they indulge themselves in it just for the pleasure, that I think is the sin in it. I think it's a misconception towards the mentioned teachings in the bible that homo sexuality is directly a sin.

Yes, this is the point of the video. Sin is terrible and disgusting in the eyes of God. There is no escape from it. But through faith in Jesus Christ, He will both forgive us of sin and cleanse us from it.

Oh, and in YOUR new testament it clearly states: 1 John 5:1-3 1. God explicitly states in Scripture that His Law is not a burden to His children. He also explicitly states that we love God by keeping His commandments. To love God is to obey His Laws.

Passover was BOTH a ceremonial observance as well as a feast so I suppose that was a double whammy - and yet Jesus observed that as well. Jesus's parents actually lived in the enclave of 'Nazareth' so as a Christian - do YOU know why his parents were in Bethlehem? Jesus was born during the High Holiday season in the autumn on Rosh Hashanah (WHEN the census was taken) as observant JEWS but, I suppose that doesn't matter anymore since all of the ceremonial observances and feasts have been 'done away with'!! Then WHY do Christians observe CHRISTMAS on December 25th a well known pagan holiday? Christmas celebrations are on December 25 which is intentionally intended to coincide with the Roman festival Saturnalia, which was a time of feasting and gift-giving that happens on December 25th. Oh, but let's ignore that one too!
And, let's not forget Jeremiah 10:2-4; "Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the pagan, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the pagans are dismayed at them. @@BornAgainBride We don't sacrifice according to God's laws because we have no Temple in which to do so. Sacrifices were never for - and do not need to be - for an individual's intentional sins. That is not how repentance is accomplished biblically or otherwise. I am surprised that as a well studied student of biblical scripture you are still unaware of how repentance is accomplished.
There is nothing 'carnal' about the observance of God's laws and commandments. They are done out of love of God and the wish to establish an ongoing relationship with Him. There is no state of eternal separation from God if you are honestly trying to follow His commandments and learn, study and follow in His ways. This is made very clear in both the Old and New Testaments.
Besides, Jews never tell you or other Christians that they should convert to their faith and if you don't bad things will happen to you. That is not a part of the Jewish doctrine. They do not evangelize, convert, proselytize, save, or even preach to. So, why can't you give them the same respect? Why all of the threats?

Very disappointing video.
