Repentance for our sins, we might have the chance to spent eternal life with God. His Mercy is unfathomable. The centurion Longinus having experienced spiritual awakening during Christ’s Passion repented for his sins. He even became a Saint.

Actually, Jesus was requesting his heavenly father to forgive the Roman soldiers
for their treatment of him. But Jesus was saying: '' Father, forgive them for they do
not know what they are doing.'' Luke 23:34. The soldiers only followed orders and
went along with the Jewish rulers and the Jews in general who did know what they
were doing. They were raised from childhood to expect a Messiah as prophesied
in Genesis 3:15. The very first prophesy in the holy scriptures. And there are many
more to describe when the Messiah would appear so that there was no excuse for
their not knowing him from the Hebrew texts in all 39 books of the prophets. The
reason too was because the Jews wanted savior like Moses, who freed Israel from
Egyptian in 1513 B.C.E. Jesus didn't appear in the first century to save Israel Roman
enslavement and bondage, but to reconcile and set matters straight between their
God, Jehovah, and them, to establish a new covenant for a Kingdom in which they
would share in governing all the righteous of Jehovah on earth then, and in the
future. He practically begged Israel to have a reconciliation and return to Jehovah
their God, the God of Abraham Isaac, and Jacob. The Romans didn't know anything
about the messiah Jesus Christ, his heavenly father, Jehovah, or the prophesies in
the Hebrew scriptures that would lead to the Savior. For this reason, Jesus wanted
to forgive these soldiers, they didn't know any better. They believed Jesus, as king
of the Jews, was trying overthrow the Ceasars and conquer the Roman empire for
Israel's liberation from Rome. To the disappointed and angry Jews, Jesus like a
harmless little lamb and not a mighty warrior come to save his people with an army
like the courageous fighters of the Israelites of old, doing battle with their enemies.
After Jesus died on the torture stake, frightening events began to happen. The army
officer and those with him watching over Jesus when they saw the earthquake and
the things happening, grew very much afraid, saying: ''Certainly, this was God's Son!''
Matt.27:51-54. It is believed that many more of the Roman soldiers grew fearful of
what they had done because of the Jews hatred against their Messiah. So, no, those
soldiers were forgiven as well as many of the Jews that repented with great sorrow
and grief. Amen.
Foregive us lord we know not what we do amen
jesus was a bad ass, he said bring it on, I love it I don't care
Thank you thank you thank you, Heavenly Farther God Bless Amen " Yes ", 💘
The answer is simple . As the Roman soldiers were crucifying Him, Jesus prayed, Father, forgive THEM for they know not what they do.
Those soldiers were forgiven because they were ignorant of the circumstances and were merely following orders.
Jesus knew this , and He knew they were innocent of any intention to kill him.
Those soldiers were forgiven , that’s what happened to them.
If a person listens to this in entirety and still thinks the evil god of the OT is our loving Father in Heaven, needs to check to see if their minds have been renewed or saved.
If you think that the God of the Old Testament was evil, you need to reread the Bible!
It was a a mercy killing for Jesus from the soldier. It takes days to die from crucifixion . Stab wound to the liver takes no time at all. Crucifixion isn't just death , it's torture until death. Christ was not going to live through that. So ending his suffering was mercy. Much as pilot asked the pharasees what Christ had done to deserve this the soldier acted to show mercy. Far above what was shown by Israelites. And so when Christ ascends into heaven the gentiles are forgiven .
He was cursed to wander the Earth until Jesus comes back, It has been said…… A woman or man saw a Hairy Beast digging in a Trash heap somewhere in Europe,,,, it spoke and said one word,,,Golgatha.
Yawnnnnn..... One commenter asked "why do you repeat the same thing over and over and over again? Finally gave up on whatever outcome might have come about.
The title says the fate of yet your video says he might have, he might have, he might have. This is very misleading and unchristian.
Longinis!!! was the
Name of the soldier that pierced Christs body was Longinis. Christ talked with him and vice versa towards the end and Longis was an older guard and was losing his vision. He was old, and the more Longinis felt sad for christ. Talking more to Jesus and Jesus more to him better him. By the time Christ was deceased Longinis dye sight was returned to him.
What he didn't know was that the annunuaki poisoned that spear with good poison.. most people know nothing. Period.
😂
why did religions take cherry picked parts from writings thousands of years before any bible or religion? then change the meaning of said writings?
Repentance and conversion.
Kalau kita tak Faith hanya perjuangan sia sia karena semua akan dipunahkan oleh roh Kudus malaikat gak ada yang hebat karena yang dihancurkan tempat kita hidup
The stories of Jesus were taken from other religions. When the story of Jesus was first written down, his left side was pierced, but was later changed in the buybull to his right side to coincide with other religions of the time and the liver was supposedly the part of the human body, where all life emanated from.
If you look at the story 1200 yrs before the invention of Christianity, the all seeing one eyed god, Wotan/odin. He hung himself on the Yggdrasil, tree of life/knowledge, for 9 days. Three maidens came from the abyss, and sat at his feet to give him knowledge of the underworld. He then climbed down, taking his spear, stabbing himself in his side (right side). Sacrificing himself to himself so he could know what man felt when men died.
Stories in the buybull were taken and twisted to accommodate the belief that Jesus was a real person, but he wasn’t.
You will have to answer that when your meet Lord Jesus at the Judgement Day. Tq. 🙏🙏🙏✝️
@@UnyahPe1601 Why do you Christians always condemn those who don't believe as you do? Such hypocrites. You go against his teachers each time you open your mouths in defense of indoctrination. Keep your one sided religion. Yeshuah was a spiritual person, not a religious person. Let that sink in. You just cursed someone based on Your assumptions. You are in essence taking on the role of God himself. You just actively did to the commentor, what the Romans and the pharaces Did to Yeshuah. You have learned nothing from the past because you you have found comfort in controlling the indoctrinated narrative that you and so many others have become accustomed to.
Well told, but far too much repetition and unnecessarily drawn out. Praise God for the Lord Jesus Christ.
You should not deceive people by using click bait. After watching this I still do not know what happened to the centurion. I love the story that you told however how many people will watch your next video if you keep deceiving people. Deceiving is not the Lord's works but mans
He was forgiven
Is it Jesus or Yehoshua
I love
6 minutes into the video and you've repeated yourself 6 times already. Saying the same thing over and over. Be more clever that and tell the better without repeating. I stop watching. Thumbs down
Not true he was promoted to division leader in the roman army and lived to be 102.
I just keep thinking all the miracle "s he did still the Jews still seeing with there 2 human eyes .stayed with there hearts hard an till now they don't believe..but Jesus still loved them gave his life for all world.🥹🥲.6/26/2024.
There are jews that believe!
Why do they depict Jesus having features like this . I believe the story but don't believe that he looked like this. For some reason i believe he was darker and not as slender.
Why are you worrying about Christ not looking a certain way??? You need to worry about the meaning of what the crucifixion has done to save our souls from complete destruction & punishment forever! It’s not about identity politics fool! Humanity meaning us are the ones that put Jesus through this unimaginable suffering cause we are all sinners! Nothing we can do to save our souls except believing & faith in the Lord. 🙏❤️
