I day dreamed a lot, I took a lot of my class time to just go into a day dream.. my imagination was insane. still probably is.. I just feel like it helps when im in school or somewhere boring. Because then daydreams are inescapable for me sometimes. I got caught many times day dreaming

I understand this if someone would ask me about how to solve their brain problem ( I can tell them by daydreaming) but people who came to me comes in day dream

It sounds like what you have is maladaptive daydreaming. Google it and see what it says.
