I have to admit I've never seen a security keypad to access the clothes closet. perhaps the lock is to keep staff from fondling the owner's undies while watching TV.
The 1st house feels more like an art installation than anything you'd feel comfortable living in. Like a display piece of what's possible for some show, but it's 300% overdone. Tone it down a bit and it could be very cool.

I can’t believe anyone likes this or thinks it’s luxury 🤮🤣 This looks like the result of someone getting a discount to buy a bunch of tacky finishes in bulk and slapping it into 3 homes at random The only house that comes close to being OK is the last one, as it’s more toned down. Sorry but that’s not luxury, that’s a tasteless mess with no redeeming qualities The whole point of a feature in a home, is the contrast to its surroundings. I’m all for having something to draw your attention but when you make the whole home from material/art that is best used for a feature it looks tacky It reminds me of when someone takes a classy Patek and covers it in after market diamonds, ruining the look completely

Thank you. Pretty good for the most part. All the homes in South East Florida are made of cinderblock, not wood. Flooding can be an issue though.
