I have been following your channel since I started the nofap challenge a while back. I think that the point you make is subtle, but really valuable: enjoying yourself is great, but some types of "enjoyment" will have a negative net effect on your overal happiness.

One aspect of addiction, the music stops. When I use, music becomes magical and as the high fades away, so does the music. I'm working on a video inspired by this very video, as part of my recovery. It starts with a fellow with addiction waking up in the morning, he puts his headphones on and plays a song, he tries to increase the volume but its already at 100% but it's so quiet. Extremely unsatisfied he takes his(whatever) and just like magic, the music ramps up. Time goes by he checks his watch, he checks his phone to make sure the volume is still at 100% but of course, it is, the music is fading away, time to dose. That's all I got so far but the message behind the video is going to be of recovery and seeking help. That you don't have to live like this and through recovery, the music will start again, slowly getting louder every day, the thought of relapse makes him think, if I use again, the music will stop and we can't have that now can we?
