I am going to go home now and check all of those things you mentioned. My husband says it’s more like I hit a bump that’s knocking something loose. My biggest issue is it’s the only car I have and this week I start a new job which I’ll be driving around my region from town to town to merchandise in a chain of grocery stores. I live in the middle so most days I’ll have a 45 minute to an hours drive to a store and my car has to run correctly. I’d just say screw it and go trade her in but since Covid has ruined everything I’d built up like credit and financial well-being, it’s super hard to do much of anything. It’s been super difficult and last week I changed out my MF Sensor because my OBD2scanner kept saying it was faulty. That worked for about a day or two then the check engine light keeps coming on periodically. My husband helped me and put my hoses back on after we cleaned the throttle body and stuff but forgot to tighten everything down as we were running a bit late and he thought I did it and I thought he had done it. So tightened those and ran great for a good week but now a bunch of those codes keep popping up so I’m going to check what you said and will be contacting you to get some things and fix my car once and for all. Good day sir, I have a 2014 chevy cruze and have had to dump to much money into it over the past few years. Finding your website and UA-cam channel has been a blessing. So my question is I have a totally different factory air box that your so this factory oil catch does not exist on mine. And with this the pcv line goes directly into the turbo. So I have the under boost codes and I’m not thinking that some of this oil has been going into my charge pipes and intercooler (I do have some oil in the charge pipe going into the throttle body) so my thought is I possibly have oil and some debris clogging the intercooler. So my question is does your kit with the catch can have all the extra hose to reach to the turbo? Again mine does NOT connect into factory air box as shown on all other crises I’ve seen.

My Daughters 2017 Cruze keeps popping P1101, replaced MAF sensor, cleaned throttle body (oil on the throttle plate). Also noticed pressure coming out of the dipstick tube when running. could this be caused by the PCV system? There seems to be no power loss or drivability issues, any help is definitely appreciated.
Pressure in the crank case is normal to an extent. could be normal could be an issue. The reason I say this is because P1101 is air flow related. Check your air intake, MAF sensor, and the hoses going to the PCV. If you need help message me through www.supercruzes.com

This video covers the Gen 2 Cruze yours is a gen 1. Yours has a different set up BUT! I deal with that problem all the time with some customers who need help with your generation CRUZE. If you want to email me directly I can show you which parts will work to stop the problem on your version of the car. Here is my email and a link to my website.

I have been having problems with the boost on my 2017 Trax AWD, and it's frustrating...
Of course, codes P0299 and now its P1101 that is shown on my diagnostic unit. No leaks but changing the Mass sensor today. No Boost sensor available but ordered it and will pick up tomorrow. Hopefully would narrow things down. After viewing your vid, I see that there's more to it, and yes, I'd like to change the intercooler hoses and all, if it will make the difference as well. Looking to sell soon, since it's becoming a headache, but need a family vehicle to be honest. can't sell the Trax if has issues. It has only 60K. Any suggestions?
It’s the wastegate I have a lot of Trax customers buy those from me to fix the truck. Email me at customcruze@gmail.com and I can set you up with an order.

What mods should I start with on my gen 1 , I wanna defiantly get the pcv fix kit , ?
Hi I have a full catalog of parts for the Gen 1 at www.supercruzes.com
I've been facing the infamous p1101 on my 2019 chevy Tracker (which is the Brazilian version of the Trax, very similar to the gen 2 cruze mechanically) for the past few months and haven't been able to find the cause. I've changed the intercooler, checked the pipes for air leaking, cleaned the throttle body, replaced the MAF sensor and finally, after seeing this, I've opened up the valve cover to check for a clogged pcv orifice, but that wasn't the issue. P1101 is the only DTC I get, however, there are times when I hit the accelerator (after a short stop) and the car simply won't respond for a couple of seconds, or it will take a lot longer to switch up gears when I'm already running. Would you be able to point out what could I be missing? I own a simple scanner, is there any sensor I could monitor to try to figure out the issue?
Thank you for your time
