    All yall who are surprised about how lacrosse required this or said he should be playing something else, maybe you won't underestimate the game anymore. It's hard work and it takes heart, it's not a passtime for spoiled rich white kids, it's a game that requires and strengthens your body and soul.

    I own my own performance training facility. watching this im definitely impressed. always good to see different styles but also sticking to the basics cause they work. Good stuff. and yeah Rabil is a beast but honestly the lacrosse kids i train are probably the best athletes we have minus a few football players.

    I don't think this was a real workout this was more ill just do a couple reps for the carmera to show them what I do because he was barely doing reps

    Good base run through. I am starting this workout with my son next week to get him ready for Club lax. Great workout for a pre-teen.

      "Create power" - I assume he's meaning upper back so traps, rear seats etc
