    Paul pretty bold wearing a Yankees hat at Gillette Stadium. Went on Monday, thought the Seals vs. Berets was epic. Then again Cannons lost. Can't beat the historical Goalie Goal team.

    A Marylander wearing a Yankees hat. For shame! Also, to avoid injury when doing DB rows definitely do not put your leg up on the bench.

      @@Chuckschwartz I’m not sure that bracing your core would help to keep your spine from being thrown out of alignment with your knee up on the bench. Although I know you should keep your core tight while doing rows.

      @@Chuckschwartz If you put your knee up on the bench, you are asymmetrically loading the pelvis and creating a torque on it. This could cause a hernia.

      @@Chuckschwartz Wow, sorry for hurting your feelings tough guy. Pretty mature reply. And i don’t use machines. I just do exercises correctly, per renowned doctors of PT instructions. You do you though.
