I’m having issues with my nuna mixx canopy. They actually sent a replacement canopy and it still has the same issues. Any tips? The canopy won’t stay engaged in the fully pulled out position. It will bounce back when going over any little thing

Hi, I think I'm missing a step. I have a nuna mixx and I have 2 of those sticks, not just one. But I can't seem to put the one in the back back

I figured it out! I was having the same problem. There’s two sticks, the back one is the one I was having trouble with.. but here’s how to do it. See how he removed the first stick.. try to remove the little round part at the bottom of the stick , there’s a little latch looking thing that’s holding the black stick in place.. stick a knife under it and pull it towards you (just lightly so you don’t break it) then pull the stick upward and apart from the round thing.. you’re gonna do the same to the second stick in the back, pull the grey cloth up to reveal that part and do the same.. I really hope this makes sense lol I’m not too sure of the names of these little parts.
Very good, thanks Sr ! only one observation ......this is not the correct way to remove the canopy ! you were about to break the arch, when you took out and even more when you put the canopy back in. not is necesary remove the arch, you should look a button on each side of the plastic piece, press and remove the entire arc complete with the canopy.
