Thank you for not calling yourself OCD any longer. Way too many people do that without knowing what life with OCD is like. I'm "only" diagnosed with OCD tendencies, but those tendencies alone can be hell.
Girl that living room makeover was still amazing. Don’t over analyze it. And it’s just a base….we know you’re going to continue to tweak and perfect it over time 😊

As someone that has lived with disabling OCD since childhood, I just wanted to tell you that I really appreciate that you are being more mindful about not using the term 'OCD' so loosely. I try to not make assumptions about anyone & so for all I knew you could have had OCD. You making a point of acknowledging that there is a difference between your tendencies towards perfectionism & full-fledged OCD only made me respect you even more. Mental health stuff can be especially complicated and hard to figure out due to so much overlap of symptoms etc. I am a fair bit older than you Daniel & I'm still trying to figure out the workings of my brain! Proud of you for being so open to seeking out therapy. Doing so should be normalized😁. Take good care & God bless ❤P.S. Been loving the Instagram glimpses into your recent travels with the doggos! Awe. Poor girl. Our golden retriever had ear infections too Daniel, she swam in our pool all the time. We had to put a rinse in her ear every night to avoid infections. ❤❤

I know hearing other people say they loved something you weren't happy with doesn't always help, but I loved the living room makeover video. The color was stunning, the way you did the door is something out of my dreams--I made my boyfriend watch it with me so he knows what I want for our future home. 😂 Keep up the amazing work, Daniel. Ugh… I have the same issue with perfectionism. It’s very frustrating and I too, am trying to learn to let things go and accept that all things won’t turn out as I want them to. idk if your groomer already does this but shaving their ears can help reduce infections. Unfortunately it's super common and if it becomes too irritating they can get ear hematomas where the smaller fragile blood vessels burst from excessive head shaking and makes bubbles of blood. ALSO love Ke$ha still listen to her in the car and sing with my husband. OMG I love honey suckle! My native name means hummingbird of love and beauty

Oooh I have the cousin to that Spanish planter! I’ve always loved how colorful Spanish planters are, but they are insanely expensive here. The one I have is the exact same as yours, it’s just shaped a bit differently. I love yours!
Also, it’s so wild to see someone purposely planting honey suckles bc those suckers grow EVERYWHERE here where I’m from. I love them but they are basically like a weed to most people in my area. Lol. I just love the smell of having them outside. And yes, Im a 31 year old woman who absolutely still sucks on them.

Poor Monte, so was it an ear infection and allergies or were other things going on? Loved blue and white ceramics, it's always a favorite. I had no idea there were different kinds of Aurelia, I remember long ago hauling a Ming Aurelia from Miami to San Francisco, I also really like the Plum Aurelia and the colorful pot/vase it's now in. Daniel, I thought you did a fine job on the vlog of the livingroom, you are too hard on yourself, keep working on that perfectionism thing and enjoy yourself more instead,lol. Daniel I thought your video was great- mostly because your design is always evolving and style was beautifully thought out. I call myself OcD often and I think when you are visually talented it’s 💯 ok to be crazy that way because it’s what makes us so talented and unique. I’ve stopped apologizing for it and recognized it as a talent. Lastly- make sure your cameras are always off before removing memory cards. There is a lock slider on memory cards that can affect recording as well if you bump it, and I recommend purchasing memory cards from camera stores like B&H or Adorama rather than Amazon so you don’t get a cheap dupe. If you haven’t already, there is software available online for memory recovery and it has worked sometimes. Always format your cards in your camera and never on your computer. 🫶🏻 much love Danny and keep being fabulous I can see such a beautiful growth in you since your first unless series and we are very excited for your next project to release too ;)

I had to put my dog on allergy meds bc she was licking, biting and scratching to the point of bleeding and had a huge bald spot on her leg. She gets lots of ear infections too because of her floppy ears.
