I store them in a box on a shelf in my closet - part of my past. Love your energy in this video surrounded by friends and when alone. Hugs to all the fur babies ❤️

Thanks for sharing your precious memories. I too have recently been going through old love letters cards etc and I TOTALLY understand what you mean by sad but not sad.. I ended up keeping the items that had happy intent behind them and throwing all the ones that were born from heartbreak or sadness at the time ❤💌
i'm a sentimental "old ass Lady (meh 41..eh)" so i enjoy all the treasured older pics...makes me want to hunt through my own. sometimes those are hard to go through, but the happy memories are such a pleasure to see and enjoy, thank you for letting us get a glimpse into your memories!

Loved loved the trip down memory lane! Don’t even put it out there that you would bury them or something like that, keep them somewhere that is somewhere you have to go to find them, ie not easily accessible (my opinion only). It’s great that you’ve kept these special memories ❤
Daniel, my mum’s just moved into a care home and I’ve had to pack up and empty her house. I’ve been collating all the photos and personal things she’s kept over the years to put into a memory box for her. She still has the photos of two of her boyfriends (before my dad), including the man that she thought that she would marry at 19 (he dumped her shortly after she developed diabetes).
She’s 81 now, but these photos will be going into the memory box, along with family pictures of her relatives that I never knew about, and letters from friends that are no longer with us. Her dementia is getting worse and she has forgotten a lot of memories, so going through all these photos has allowed her to recall people and places that soon will be lost in time to us all, given her rapidly declining health.
One day when you get to her age (and hopefully far past it), these pictures and mementos that you have kept, may help you to remember the people and experiences that both shaped and impacted you. Memories are our greatest treasures, but we don’t realise just how valuable they are until they are lost.

Grillo's Pickles are the best!!!! have you tried the Pickles salsa yet? OMG sooo good! I love it on chicken hot dogs or smoked sausage dogs, or I eat it just as it is on the side of ham or chicken or what ever, it is also good with a boiled egg and spicy brown mustard as a snack! But you need to try the Pickle Salsa!
