Modern Buffet Makeover with Chalk Paint

- I found this very Mod looking buffet or sideboard out at the curb for FREE! I knew that if I took it home to the garage and spent a little bit of time and elbow grease I could completely transform it into an incredible contemporary piece of useable furniture again and save it from going to the dump. After repairing the surface damage and making some brand new doors, it got painted in House & Canvas Chalk Finish Furniture Paint in the colour Oceana and it’s now a super fun statement piece that I can flip for a profit.

Love the color and transformation! (We upcycled a piece we had in about the same color. I replaced the drawer pulls with clear glass drawer pulls. The piece is a pop of color in my neutral colored home office.) I have not gotten tired of this shade of teal. Your transformation is proof that anything can be repurposed! Nice work.
