Suggestion - a couple of LONG bolts with the heads cut off make cheap alignment guides. Screw in front & back or top & bottom when removing and you can tap on the case so it will come loose without popping off. Lets you sometimes save the gasket and cover won't fall. Install over the pins let's you set the gasket in place and holds the cover as you grab the retaining bolts for installation. - School of being lazy - let cheap guide studs do the work.

You need an impact wrench for this. I had to change the crankshaft pulley on my car. Removing the crankshaft pulley nut us tricky as turning the bolt also turns the engine. Impact wrench is the best way to undo such bolts.

Doesn't Royal Enfield specify torque for the center nut? I always tighten nuts and bolts to specified torque using a torque wrench and or torque limiting sockets.
Good point Sunil, of all the videos of Indian channels I have seen , i have seldom seen any mechanic use a torque wrench. whoever made the torque wrench was foolish!!! Lol
clutch and pressure plate have haids and tails on them as they are puntched out from sheet metal if you look closely the radius side should come out side it make alot of difference in city warm engine conditions

Clutch disk has been dreeld to make it lill lighter and to flow more oil thorug clutch so it call not get fried easyly on off-road and it call give smooth friction in clutch ,and shifting vll b smoother and lighter
I have a problem with my himalayan. Im hearing some weird tik tik noise from the left side of the bike during acceleration and the sound appears frequently when the engine gets heated.service centre guys say its due to the clutch plate.can u please provide a solution for this.Thanks in advance👍
