Eau Duelle EDP is my favorite because it smells so natural and well balanced. The ambroxan makes all the difference (EDP >EDT). 💜

The very first Diptyque fragrance I bought was Olene...it was also the very first "expensive" perfume I bought. I love the jasmine note and this one was one of my early faves.
I got interested on diptyque but not brave enough to buy the full size, so I buy the fleur de peau vial last month. oh my godness, I left speechless because how stunning the smell is. I rarely choose powdery notes but this one, got me fall in love. I can imagine a sky full of soft blushing pink clouds, with flowers and leaves, wrapped in warm fluffy blanket. everytime I have a bad day, I would sit on my chair and smell the vial all day long. the best smell I've ever witnessed (but let's see till I get my tam dao vial next month)

I went into Diptyque the other day, because I needed to try Eau Des Sens, I liked it, but prior to trying it I saw Neroli and tested it first. That scent was me, and I knew it. I love it so much that I even spray it on my pillow before bed. I will most likely purchase Eau Des Sens in future, but Neroli is just outstanding.

Agreed Josephine. All things Diptyque, conjure up that aromatherapy experience on wearing one of their fragrances. In this day and age, we -as fragrance enthusiasts, hardly ever pick one signature scent. Safe to say that mine has been Tam Dao, and I still restock on this line.

Ooh, I just tried Fleur de peau, and you described it perfectly! 🤍 It's really, really beautiful and interesting. I picture my grandmothers bathroom with an expencive bar of soap on the zink, the scent makes me nostalgic, but at the same time this iris is very chic and modern. Powdery, clean and sophisticated.

I just bought Do Son and it reminds me so much of S.E. Asia which is lovely as a Eurasian living in Australia....so oriental and exotic! In love! 😍🤍
Would love to share that both Do Son and Tam Dao (Đồ Sơn and Tam Đảo originally) are two places in Vietnam (the country was once part of Indochina - the colonized trio SEAsian countries of France). The creator of these two scents spent his childhood in Indochine in the 50s, 60s as i best remember
Love Volutes EDP and both 34 Boulevard St Germain EDT and EDP but EDT is a lot more versatile without the vanilla and heavy projection, I want to buy Benjoin Bohème, Benzoin.

Fantastic video! Very rarely do I see mentions of Eau Mage, which is completely incomprehensible to me. I loved your review. It is really a magic scent, one of my top 5 ever. First time I tried, I was initially like "meh... "...then it started growing on me by the minute, as I was getting whafts of it while walking. I love how it is fresh, even slightly fruity, yet it manages to be a little dirty as well. Thumbs up for Diptyque, they have released so many masterpieces: kinda understated, very refined and natural smelling, really classy

Eau des Sens is my signature scent. It last hours on my skin and gives off an orange blossom scent that is a bit sweet yet powdery at the same time. Such an amazing perfume to wear in more humid climates. Do Son, gave me the same vibes as what Florabellio did for you. I did not like it at first. I found it a bit too mature for my taste but i kept smelling my sample and now I cannot wait to get my own full bottle.
I agree with you on Doson! I did not like it at first but when I sprayed it again on my skin i learned to love it!

@@davercountingcigars Diptyque's L'Eau de Neroli is a bright and fresh citrus, with enough clean neutral musk that really diffuses the fragrance and all of that riding on top of this super smooth dry subtle sweetness. When the citruses start dropping off, the neroli and orange blossom becomes more prominent but it stays green and bright. It's really good and I do love it! It does stay close to the skin about after an hour but it stays on clothes for a long time. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys light and bright citruses that does not get too sweet in the dry down.
I have not tried the Vetiver one so I'm not sure if it heads in the same direction.

Excellent video. Diptyque used to make beautiful fragrance that they discontinued a long time ago, and I really hope one day they will bring them back: Eau d'Elide and Virgilio. They were very natural smelling, minimalist and beautiful.
Eau Duelle really surprised me. I'm very fussy with vanilla-led fragrances and this one, thank God, smells NOTHING like a car air freshener or like the kind of thing a 15 year old would buy in Boots. It's a gorgeous vanilla and balanced so beautifully, just as you described it; not a sticky sweet gourmand AT ALL. Not dusty either. 😍

I love diptyque I owned EAU CAPITALE EAU DE PARFUM and L’OMBRE DANS L’EAU EAU DE PARFUM, I love love both, people always ask me what I’m wearing when I’m wearing them, so many compliments always...eau capitale is my favorite ... I wanna try FLEUR DE PEAU and 34 BOULEVARD SAINT GERMAIN ... thank you for your recommendations

I love your videos and I have a burning question for you! I purchased the hermes jardin lagune perfume based on your recommendation and it is the leader right now for my new signature scent. Although the opening is very beachy to me which i'm not obsessed with, I LOVE THE DRY DOWN. So salty/sweet pleasant skin scent. My question is how would you compare florabellio to the hermes perfume? Salty florals sounds very similar but you mentioned it was quite polarizing. Would love to hear your thoughts!!
Smelled a few from the house. My favorites from the ones I've smelled are Tempo and Philosykos.

One of my very favorite houses. Eau Duelle was my first and I need it in my life always. I also love love love Philosykos, Fleur de Peau, Eau de Papier and Kyoto (they shouldn't only have made that one a limited edition). I own Do Son too and really like it a lot, but I feel I could get something similar from other brands. It's still great though! Personally, I prefer the EdT over the EdP. The last one I have been tip-toeing around is Eau Rihla, but I can't make up my mind yet.
Eau des Sens 💖💖💖 and eau Duelle 💖💖 are my favorites even if i also love Do Son and Tam Dao 🤗. 😘

I have to say, Do Son is the culprit. Literally the reason why im a Diptyque head. If u are a guy and looking for a Unisex fragrance, Do Son is a GREAT choice, its intoxicating!!
I must say Diptyque is not for everyone, some of the perfume can be potpourri like but they made fineee perfume - so unique!!
Id definitely stand behind some of the recommendation, I must say DoSon, Tam Dao and Fleur De Peau is a MUST have for Unisex head. Im surprised Eau Capitale and L'ombre Dan L'eau didn't make it to the list - but RECOMMENDED!
Volutes edp, and Eau Duelle edp are the ones I own and enjoy the most.

Eau duelle EDP is masterful; warm and delicate vanilla and bright juniper aromatic accord. A unique and rare combination.

Love watching your videos! I've just recently picked up Philosykos. LOVE it!! However, even the EDP wouldn't last on me, probably at most 2-3 hours, which is a disappointment because the scent is divine!!
My mom thought so too with the Eau de Sense. However people kept complimenting on the fragrance. She also didn’t think it lasted long since she couldn’t smell it herself after a few hours. I guess our noses get used to it after a while.

i love Eau Duelle edp. So lovely vanilla. very green n unisex. i also find tempo edp very interesting(patchouli) although the mate note in it sometimes makes me wonder if really like or not.

I love Eau de Sens - smells like a Mediterranean summer.
Do Son is my first and only Diptyque. I usually dislike white florals as I find them mature and boring, but Don Son is different. It smells so realistic and makes me happy, as if I have just buried my nose in a bouquet of freshly cut, fleshy white flowers gifted to me by a loved one. I definitely want to try more.
It’s my favorite also. I also live in Do Son Vietnam. Yves Coueslant the cofounder of Diptyque grew up in northern Vietnam so he had many childhood memories. Do Son is a tribute to his mother favorite flowers tuberose. Tam Dao is another favorite of mine you should give it a try. Tam Dao is another tribute to his childhood memories of Vietnam.

This video was helpful. I love the very powdery scent of Fleur De Peau but I bought Eau Des Sens as the sales associate from Rustan's told me that it is more close to the scent of my kpop crush which is Tam Dao in a female version scent. haha! Might consider buying Fleur De Peau and Neroli scent of Diptyque in the future

Do Son is my mom's signature fragrance. It's heavenly, truly.
I had dresses that I accidentally sprayed with Fleur de Peau (dont like getting edps on my clothing as they yellow the fabric) and get it washed. Voila! The smell is still there even after getting washed!
Smelled whole line at Nordstrom and I was pretty impressed by the smells and the quality
For me Tam Dao edp smells like Chinese new year~ It was a blind buy but I am liking it a lot.
I have ten fragrances from the house of Diptyque and enjoy each and every one. I especially love Eau de Sens, which I have had since it launched. I also enjoy Oud Paleo which not many people talk about. My most recent purchase is Eau Capitale which was their awesome anniversary scent.
