Willem Dafoe highlights from a 1975 Theatre X production at UW-Milwaukee

- This short video includes some highlights of Willem Dafoe’s performance in this 1975 Theatre X production, “Civil Commitment Hearings.”
In the production, Dafoe appears with several young actors, many of whom studied at UWM and helped found Theatre X. The cast includes Flora Coker, Ron Gural, Arleen Kalenich, John Kishline (incorrectly credited as Kischline), Eric Schneider, John Schneider and Leslie Sharpe.
Some of the cast went on to long careers in theater. Kishline, for example, has acted in almost 200 plays across the country and overseas. John Schneider has been an actor, director, playwright and musician.
Gural has been a director and actor, directing more than 50 productions over the years. He taught at UWM, where Dafoe was one of his students. He’s now a professor emeritus of theater at Tulane University.
Coker spent three decades with Theater X and has also appeared in productions by Next Act, First Stage Children’s Theater and the Milwaukee Rep.

This is the youngest I've ever seen Willem Dafoe and the he actually looked great especially with the hair. For the past 20 years this man has looked like he could play an old version of the Joker without makeup.
Seeing him so young is wild. He has the same face it just has softer features but the voice is way softer than I've heard him speak in interviews. It's crazy seeing actors like him young its funny and interesting.

For those confused about the name.
His real birth name is "William".
Half of his family pronounces his last name "Day-Foe" and the other half pronounces it "Duh-Foe". Both are technically correct.

According to Wikipedia, there was a discourse in his family as to which way to pronounce it; one side said DAY-foe, and the other said duh-FOE, but he went with the latter as his acting career grew

You have to take into account that he couldn't take care of himself because he couldn't take care of himself.
