Few tips on sleeping faster:
- Don't use any gadgets for 45 minutes before your sleeping time.
- Read or meditate without apps. Just concentrate on your breath or count 10 noises you hear such as honking, people talking etc.
- Use this app called sleep music. Customise your music and set a timer.
- Lie down, take 5 deep breaths and count from 100 to 1, no luck? Count from 200 to 1 and continue.

OMG, You and I have the same habits of sleeping. I can't sleep with lights on and definitely, it takes an hr or more sometimes to sleep. I envy my brother who can sleep with lights on and in a few seconds.

I have kindle app in my phone. But I'm gonna buy kindle soon. It's easy to carry while travelling. I am a voracious reader and not allowed to carry books in tours as the luggage becomes too heavy. It sucks!

I used to be obsessed with Denims till 2017. But then I came to know that it was actually invented for the workers/labourers in U.S.A and now I try to wear denims as less as possible.
I always buy skybags from Amazon (bought 3 in last 6 years)
I have 3-4 journals for different things.
I don't use eye masks, because I turn all lights off in my room😊.
I don't like kindle.
Spending more than 2-2.5k on specs (for me) is a stupidity.

If you want to reduce blue light use f.lux on your computer/laptop and it actually changes the colour temperature according to the time of the day also you can enable settings in your Android/iOS to enable yellow light. It reduces stress and is a very good alternative!

Thanks Helly. Since many days could not decide whether to buy kindle or not;but now very soon I am going to purchase kindle paperwhite. I am on and off with Readers digest subscription since 1998. I think the service standard of reader's digest regarding delivery and advertising policy is somewhat lowered ever since India Today took it over.

Once my cousin (sister) told me that she feel comfortable more in denim than in suit salwar....
I was surprised because jeans seems to be tight and uncomfortable and suits to be opposite....

m not helly , but on behalf of a girl i can say there are other reasons also for the comfort. like u dont have to handle dupatta with top jeans or denim jacket. also if u wear stitched salwar suit the neck sometimes feels deeper if u happen to pick anything from the floor as compared to a top.
but sometimes i also wear readymade cotton kurtis with leggings which are very comfortable in case its vneck or bit high neck

The Audiobooks are more or less the same but storytel is cheaper. For storytel, 299 per month unlocks everything and you can access all their books. For audible I think you need to pay 200 to hear+ buy the books individually.
