Once you understand how much time and effort it takes to burn off calories, and often the lack of protein, it's s complete mindset shift 🔥

Friends also knew how they could make me happy with cooking for me , inviting , going out = for food.
    Sitting, drinking, eating and chatting.
So we went out for lunch/dinner almost on a regular base for a same spot/s on the week. And with me it was always ordered and from this point on my whole focus was on the food arriving.
All the unhealthy stuff 😃 that you can enjoy also in a healthy way etc

Vids are awesome Bryan. Lighting, sound, props, music, you :). Something that may save you a little time and cut down on the blooper reel is to use a teleprompter. Sits in front of the camera, lots of cool voice activated teleprompter apps that index based on your voice. Thanks for the vids dude, really enjoy the content!

FACTS BRO. Everyone here should know and understand what their daily maintenance calories are, and should always aim just below that number. If so, we would have so much less obesity.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Is The Bomb! I started wearing a cgm just to see what these "fast carbs" do to me. They always make me sleepy and the cgm showed that my blood sugar drops to the mid 40's. They say high blood sugar is dangerous and low blood sugar can cause loss of consciousness and seizures. In my case I was uncontrollably sleepy.

Way to go my man!! Great Stuff!! Since watching your fitness journey, you have inspired me to take a more serious approach to my health and diet. For too long I have just been lazy eating whatever i want, whenever I want and wondering why i feel fatigued each and every day. Your approach to calculating calories via Apple Watch/My Fitness pal has made this approach for me so much easier and I am truly appreciative of the time and effort you put into your videos. Keep it coming!!

I wish you’ve used more different exercise examples as only the 2. Also the sound effects could less intense (less loud). Other than the above, great video as always and I’m really curious about your “my fitness pal” routine. Maybe you could share more about the way you use the app to its best. Or maybe there already is a video, then please point me in the right direction. Thanks

100%. I started tracking food 7 months ago. Don’t think I’ll ever stop 😂. It’s extremely educational as you pointed out in the video and if you like big volumes of food, picking the right food makes it very easy without gaining fat. I eat whole packet of strawberries when snacking at work 250g. Volume and taste is a bargain for the calories you invest.
P.S. I realised that life is fair again when I discovered that teaspoon of honey is only 20 calories. No elliptical or walking needed!
    Great videos.

It would be interesting to see a total day of indulgences vs. total amount of cardio to mitigate. One thing, the amount of cooking oils, if you cook with 3 tablespoons of oil, the item is not absorbing all 3 tablespoons. Just like if you deep fry (not very healthy) you are not consuming pints of oil.

Always enjoy your videos. That cheesecake is crazy. Can’t get it in the uk, thankfully. Couple of ideas … your calorie burn on walking seems low to me, maybe walk faster and get into zone 2 as well. Weight training also burns calories obv. Diet Coke helps. Zero alcohol beer is a life saver - has a lot less calories in it (Heineken zero - 66kcal in 330ml bottle). But your main point is well made - burning calories is waaaaay harder than eating them. Way harder.

Once you’re on sold, heathy diet for a few months and then go back to eating how you did originally, it will blow your mind that you used to eat that junk. I know when I quit drinking soda for a few years, when I finally tried it again I was like “this is freaken disgusting.” Also I felt like crap for an entire day after just drinking one 12 oz soda. And to think I was drinking about 3 or 4 of those a day…

Good to see someone calling out the mayo and little things. Makes me laugh watching someone like Jamie Oliver cook when he goes ‘add a good glug of olive oil’ to the pan before he cooks anything. If you watch it’s about 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil. So about 400-500 calories before he has even put any actual food in the pan. 😂

Yo B love your content my man!
I am curious tho… Is this all valid if you’re tracking correctly?
Lets say you lift and do your cardio consistently and this person can eat around 2900 cals on a deficit of 500…
Now granted eating that cheesecake will take up a big hunk of those calories but if it fits for the day I don’t think you have to worry about “burning” those calories off UNLESS you ate over your calorie goal…
plus I think we should start looking at training and cardio as a whole different world of health and make protein targeting calorie tracking the way to look at “burning calories”
Just my input! Let me know what you think B! Thanks again.
