You're the first person to mention the psychological aspect of having dark and moody rooms. I genuinely love the look of them, but as someone who struggles with SAD, I know this just would not work for me - especially in the winter months. I've been tempted though! 😅
came for studio apartment tips, left with existential crisis “who am I as a person???” but jokes aside - great video as always! Especially the open storage one - 100%! I could never understand people’s obsession with open shelves especially because they collect so much dust, and unless you clean it religiously
Existential crises is real when downsizing! You really question your priorities when you see all the ‘stuff’ accumulated over time! Real eye (and soul) opener! ❤
Good video with concise points. I'd like to add: do think at least 1 day about anything, no matter how small, you wish to buy. And don't endulge in shopping for shoes/clothes so everything fits into a smaller closet. Oh, and do buy clothes that are ironing free, for where would you leave an ironing board?
Great video! I appreciate you breaking down the major concerns living in a studio. Especially storage vs display, definitely struggling with that. Currently looking for a closed storage solution for my books, cds and movie collection. Something shallow, freestanding and with doors? Wish me luck. AND thank you for including tips that apply across all styles. 😊
Hi im new to your channel, can you help me...😊. In March i will have my own art, craft room its not that big (11ft by 9ft). Do you have a video where you talk about ideas on how to decorate it in an organized way. Thanks ❤
Hey! Welcome to my channel 🤩 I don't have a specific video about how to decorate a small craft room, but I do have: • A video where I designed my friend's hobby room with a craft station: ua-cam.com/video/6tHi-4jCybw/v-deo.htmlsi=22SZQQurZrOsJEBl • A video where I talk about home organisation: ua-cam.com/video/6jExKxZf3R8/v-deo.htmlsi=Dlt2_v-3yw48s53W If you want personalised advice, I also offer design consultations! You can DM me on instagram @baixuuu or email me at hellobaixu@gmail.com
So this is good advice for normal people but I feel like us butterflies are not being considered. We need open storage for the majority of our stuff or it will affect out organization. I agree we should try to make it aesthetically pleasing as can be reasonably managed, but to say that open storage must be avoided outright is not practical for our kind. I love like 80% of all the ideas on this channel. I'd just like more ways to work around the hide-all-your-stuff mandate. Thanks for the video.

I would love to see videos of you designing a space for clients like before and after 😍❤️
That was a really great video. I found it very helpful as I’m about to move into a very tiny studio apartment.
So glad it was useful!

really nice video :)! lately I really like watching room tour videos 😍
I love loud and colorful designs, but only to look at 😁 light, natural colors are definitely nicer, especially in a smaller space 😊
You're great, I've really enjoyed your videos and haven't disagreed with any of your perceptions. I think you are on point.
Excelent video. Thank you for your perspective, all ideas that make sense.
Thanks 🤍💡
Wishing for a bigger room with huge windows that stream in warm sunlight, so that I can paint my wall black ✨
