The quality of the videos are getting better and better, I love the breakdowns how a part works and the camera angles great work.
Enough with the cutaways and more with the info. Thanks for being thorough & talking fast. Good job.
Another great video buddy. Why you dont have MILLIONS and Millions of views on this I have no clue. Keep up the great work. Thanks for your help.
Great video. I love watching and learning from 1A auto. Keep up the great work.
Oh yea my man Len is back at it again! Nice work bruddah
There is a Primary Piston and Secondary Piston in that master, if that master is leaking in booster the fluid is going to be suck in the engine via the booster hose..check inside of booster hose.
I’m having the Same issue but can’t find a fluid leak anywhere :/
THIS GUY IS ENTERTAINING. VERY GOOD TECH. GREAT TEACHER
Great video sir The breakdown definitely gonna help me out with my vehicle I am having the same issue as you were also i have a question for u you did not show bench bleeding the brake master cylinder did u need to do that or was it not needed ?
Great video, thanks
My question is when flushing the brake fluid from my friends car I cannot get fluid to come out of any of the 4 wheels, if it was only one wheel that wasn’t bleeding I know that it would be likely a bad caliper but on all four wheels, could it be the abs unit that giving problems or master brake cyclinder. Thanks
Super informative! Thank you guys for this video

Gotta love Len.
Scotty, Chris, and others recommend using flare wrenches to unscrew the nuts from brake cylinders. Flare wrenches hold 5 sides of a nut, whereas regular wrenches hold 2 sides only. You did use flare wrenches too. Just noticed.
It would have been nice if you would have talked about bench bleeding it. Good video. Thanks
I am no expert so take this with a phat grain of salt, but I would think with a pressure bleeder that you might not need to bench bleed since it forces all the air through. Tthat is what it does with regular bleeding of the system but I don't know for sure though.
You can bleed it on the car just loosen lines up and push brake till no air comes out attach lines back uo bleed all 4 calipers
Only been dealing with this for 2 years. Neat
Hey guys, it would mean a lot if you could help me with a question. So I have a soft pedal and one of two things, master c. or air in the system. My car has hill assist and when the brakes lock up it is the abs doing the job right? In that moment if my master cylinder had an internal leakage my pedal would still be soft because its the same as blocking the master c. outputs right? BUT, when hill assist is activated my brake pedal is rock solid meaning my master C. has no internal leakage and the problem could potentially be air in the system am I thinking right? Another thing, I bleed all 4 wheels but the pedal is still soft, could the abs module itself need bleeding? I see on youtube people bleeding the abs module for that reason. Please tell me if im thinking right. Thank you
I’m having the same problem but I haven’t got a leak and have bleed the brakes,iv tested the servo and it good, so now I’m thinking it’s the master cylinder.? My brake pedal sinks to the floor when engine it on, and it’s like you have to pump the brakes to get a hard brake.? Any information would be great
My 07 Lexus RX 350 break padel sink, (not all the time and not everyday) master cylinder has been charged twice problem still exists, has been bleeded couple of time, everything else is good, no leak anywhere why do you think it’s happening?
Thanks
Hi.
I am sensing some issues with my brake pedal. Let's say I am driving on highway and not using brake pedal for 15 mins. I have noticed that to apply brakes, it needs a little hard foot. It becomes scary at times.
However in city driving like stop n go driving the brake pedal works very good. What could be the issue?
That thumbnail image is priceless.
Great video!
Seal failed due to contamination? Oil or old brake fluid?
Wow you're a rly good actor
Great video 💪🏻🔥

I always do .💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
How are you i need to know How do you remove Wire connector from the Master brake Booster pls
This is going to help so much bro hy
nice job, you really know what you are doing
Great vid,
My master cylinder is about 3 months old. I went to leave work a few days ago and when I pushed the brakes the pedal went to the floor and stayed. I can't figure out what it could be. I can't find any leaks anywhere
veey underrared channel, Keep it up ! :)
+iGambled Thanks for the kind words!
What about the fuel that leak in to the booster....you have to remove it and how.......what happens if the engine suck the fuel in the intake valve
Where can I get the kit to bleed the master cylinder
Find another master cylinder on a vehicle at the auto Wreckers. Remove the fittings , cut the lines, long enough to bend the lines to sit in the reservoir to submerge under the fluid level to bleed the master cylinder. If buying over the counter, it should come with bleeder kit.
The best brakes I know of are the titanium calipers on the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport.
Great people 1aauto guys
Very helpful video! I'm gathering information on how to replace master cylinder!
The rust! It's crazy to live in the rust belt.
I just replaced the passenger side entire hub assembly, caliper, rotor, break line, when that obviously wasn't the problem. My passenger side break froze to the rotor causing a fire. 2009 Silverado. Yup i need a master cylinder
Can't tell if you cause my issues or know them personally. The exact video I need the day my issue arises! 🤣

U can replace the seals nt the master cylinder
I'm 99% sure you only pulled out half of the stuff in the mc as in only the primary circuit piston and spring, I'm pretty sure there should have been another thing and another spring
8:00 not true. If you loose brake fluid in one side of reservoir, the pedal will still sink. The air from one side will get into the other.. air can get past the MC piston seal. A true safety measure is dual master cyl. The only way to keep both separated.
What if there’s a stream of fluid squirting straight upon the reservoir
+Marques Wilson We wouldn't be able to diagnose an issue like that here, you may want to have a local mechanic take a look at it. Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
He should start his own show for himself He could be another Scotty Kilmer!!!
You skipped bench priming the new MC.

In this video he sounds like Chris fix doesn't he?
My brake lines have a leak and I am still driving it.
oh no!!!!
Why didn't you show, or at least mention that you bench bled the master cylinder? Trying to bleed a system with an empty master cylinder is infuriating
Replace Master Cylinder and Booster. Attempt to fix this rusty crap will come back to haunt you later just when you need them the most. Go new on the Master Cylinder, do not trust remanufactured parts.
You need to 1. Stop doing acting scenarios you can't act. 2. Just do the install, we don't need a scenario and a story behind it.
PLEASE - SLOW DOWN!!
I'm an old lady that needs time to process what you are trying to say.
I've seen 80 year old cars in better shape. gross!
