I feel bad that Traya was betrayed by both the Jedi and Sith. I also feel bad for nihilus as he survived the final terrible battle of Malachor V but then became a wound in the force that he lost control of. Eventually he only existed to consume force energy he wasn’t even really alive or human in the end. And sion too had a rough existence and kept coming back from getting killed
Do not feel sad for those strong enough to break free from constraints. Those who experienced true power must walk a painful road only because those caught within the mire will stop at nothing to pull the free back down to their level.
@@aamirrazak3467I don’t feel bad for Nihlus, at all. He’s easily one of the most misanthropic characters in SW. While he could’ve been a Jedi, it is a fact he is a victim of the Mass Shadow Generator, but where the Exile turned away from the force, Nihlus did the opposite and gave himself completely to the force. His hunger represents a threat to the galaxy but his technique of drainage is a threat to life itself, as this hunger can be passed to anyone influenced by Nihlus. That’s why he’s so dangerous but this also proved Kreia is a hypocrite whenever talking about Nihlus - she’s just as much as an existential threat.
In hindsight, it's a shame that Nihilus and Revan never met. Nihilus can be seen as the embodiment of Revan's crimes, as Revan's weapon turned a normal man into a monster that kept devouring everything around him.
Yes it would’ve been interesting for Revan to face the monster he unwittingly created. Though I don’t believe creating galaxy threatening wounds in the force was revans plan or intention
@@aamirrazak3467 Yes, Revan never planned to create a monster like Nihilus, but his ruthless tactics were what led to Nihilus' rise as a Sith. I find it weird that no one ever mentions Nihilus to Revan. They mention Meetra's condition, but never Nihilus. In a way, Nihilus' condition was more tragic than Meetra. as he was simply a civilian that so happened to live on the same planet where the mass shadow generator was used.
@@lisboah yeah i figured someone would've mentioned nihilus and his rise to revan, but i guess by that point revan had already gone to the unknown regions to fight the true sith. Nihilus story was tragic, he was like the dark side of the same coin as the exile, but he was consumed by his hunger and couldn't control it, while she could. IIRC nihilus was a republic soldier, possibly force sensitive who fought at malachor v, but i could be wrong. i always find his origins prior to becoming sith interesting and hardly explained
if they had met, Nihilus was way waaaaay more powerfull than Revan at that point, he wouldve consumed Revan aswell, he didnt cared if sith or jedi, he was like a manifestation of the force itself.
Thanks for posting the full video CivEx and that music in the opening is epic, fitting for the Sith triumvirate! I think each member of the triumvirate is a really interesting and unique character and are part of what make KOTOR 2 my favorite game ever and favorite Star Wars story!
@@sarkerintisar1726 Nah, vitiate needed a host, he took over valkorion so was sidious, nihilus was a manifestation, an entitiy of the force itself, if he wasnt stopped he wouldve devoured all 3 of them his power was unlimited and ever growing, he would surpass vitiate, sidius and revan, but yes, he was stopped before he could get to that point otherwise he would be the most powerfull sith of all SW universe.

Much of the info in this video comes from the PC games KOTOR I & II as well as the KOTOR Campaign Guide
Now, that you've revealed more about the triumvirate, I find myself feeling really sorry for them, especially Traya.

Rough lives for all, I guess. Still, hearing about how Traya died is sad.
@@sivanlevi3867 yes her death was sad. The main thing is that the exile learned her lessons and used them to benefit the galaxy ig

I love the videos you do on the sith.
Really appreciate this video. Thanks
Now your done with the triumvirate maybe you should look at the Sith Empire's return to the Galaxy soon after in SWTOR
The soundtrack of the other videos is better then this 9ne it gives me a mysterious vibe that I like
You should do a cannon video about Quinlan Voss or Ventress, covering the events of Dark Deciple
You should cover Babylon 5 or the Expanse

Revan is the best vitiate is the most powerful sidious is the most clever
