Thinking about it, yes, it would be amazing. However. All three books are quite long, so long in fact that a 2,5 hour long movie would probably not be enough to cover one book in a way where it would feel like it did the book justice. Plus, Disney would never allow the brutality which the book very much embraces. I honestly don’t think that a movie would ever turn out great under disney

Correction: At 10:38 I wrote that Sidious planted Inhibitor Chips in Clone Soldiers, but this is CANON only, in LEGENDS, the soldiers were trained since childhood to obey the Emperor.
The expanded universe reboot didn't happened until April 25th 2014, about a month and a half after Clone Wars season 6 aired. So yes, it's part of legends.
Then why didn't Rex betray the Jedi. He was seen in Episode VI as part of Han's strike team, and it was made over thirty years before the Canon reset.

The Bane trilogy is SO good. Drew Karpyshyn really brings the words to life in a way a lot of the Legends novels just cant compete with. Especially the fight scenes imo. You can just FEEL Bane's power and strength though the page. It's no wonder, as he was the lead writer on KOTOR (and later mass effect). Dude's just phenomenal.

PhantomRedKnight Darth Revan is one of the greatest Sith but bane put his teachings into practice and helped develop the rule of two from them, plus he helped the Sith survive and eventually conquer the galaxy after 1000 years Revans empire didn’t survive so long

This is the greatest strength of the Sith: it culls the weak from our order. Yet this rivalry can also be our greatest weakness. The strong must be careful lest they be overwhelmed by the ambitions of those beneath them working in concert. He was pretty neat, created force phantoms and was so strong that used the dark side, not the other way around
I mean according to Wookiepedia his force phantoms were connected to the souls of random people and animals so whenever an opponent killed a phantoms they’d also be killing an innocent person, which sounds pretty evil to me.
I imagine he did some evil, it just wasn't super big evil. If he was delving deep into the dark side I imagine he was doing some fucked up shit.
Always being interested in knowing more of Darth Zannah, & if she accomplished anything when she was the head sith, but can't find anything. Quess she is one of those many unused potentials thats in the Legands universe.

Yeah sorry about that, had a bunch of last minute changes that took all night to fix. I considered doing a Fallen Order video, but I haven't finished the game yet. To be honest I found it really boring so far and have to force myself to play it. Hopefully it will get better later on, and if so then my interest might return, but right now I probably won't make a vid about it.

It certainly is adaptable material and most fits well with George's vision. Really the only problem keeps being Sidious as Plagueis' apprentice. It was much better when Plagueis was an actual Sith legend some knew, because that scenario would imply Palpatine didn't knew if such power was possible to achieve, and that he was partially telling the truth to Anakin when he said together they would discover a way to manipulate midichlorians, both choosing to believe it was possible. It was James Luceno who first introduced the idea of Plagueis as Sidious' master, and I believe some encyclopedias had already addressed this bit. But it was Luceno, in Dark Lord: The Rise Of Darth Vader" from 2005, who in chapter 28 simply wrote: "Sidious (...), because his own Master, Darth Plagueis...". At the time he had already being tasked with writing the novel "Darth Plagueis", so that might explain why he did it this way. Luckily the novel was never published when George was in charge. Most of Luceno's work (on Star Wars) is terrible and I really wouldn't take into account. Sadly, Disney actually published the novel and made it 'canon', ruining all possibility of treating the legend of Plagueis in a separated point in time as it had happened with Bane.

( SPOILER ALERT ) I hate the fact that we get this awesome character in Darth Zannah and Darth Cognus and we have no story beyond the defeat of Darth bane. The power that Darth Zannah showed with the dark side tentacles was freaking amazing and yet that was the end of her story. Why???? I would love to know what happens with Darth is Zannah and her apprentice Darth Cognus.
It is ironic to see this... 'new' Sith are *defective* from the beginning. They are so exxagratedly obsessed with the Rule of 2; they entirely lost any army of group advantage over the jedi. Their lack of numbers become Their prime weakness

Having greater numbers inevitably leads to pointless infighting and their most powerful get destroyed by apprentices teaming up weakening the order. The rule of two made sense for a thousand years, and nearly destroyed the jedi completely - but ultimately the dark side sucks at creation, it's corrosive and self destructive, it only took 25 years of complete galactic rule for it all to fall apart

Darth bane is my favorite Sith Lord and became one of my top five favorite SW characters after I read the Darth bane trilogy it was fantastic, he destroyed the Sith and rebuilt them better than before, and Sidious fulfilled his 1000 year plan to bring down the Jedi and Republic, truly epic stuff, great vid as always was looking forward to it for a while

The Sith weren't necessarily "evil," they just relied on emotions (which usually turned out to be anger) while the Jedi were mindlessly benevolent. Also, THOT BOMB
Thorondor both were flawed and both went to extreme in their philosophy the Sith favoring the strength and power of the individual while the Jedi favored selfless actions and lack of ego and emotion

Can´t really find much about her.
Other then taking her own apprentice not much. Other then the implication that Dark Bane while failing to possess her did leave an imprint of some of his personality traits on her.

They don't have their own books, Cognus was in the Darth Bane books, Ramage was mentioned in the Plagueis book.

Am I the only one who thinks Bane successfully transferred his essence into Zannah? It mentions that her hand twitches at the end, just like Bane's did when he was alive...
That's true, but the author later said that Zannah won the battle, and the hand was just meant to say that a part of Bane imprinted on her.

Zannah's companion was an unaffiliated with anyone, they met by accident and became friends. Zannah and her family came to the world to fight for the Republic, but she was separated from the rest of them.

Um, great video, but why are we starting with Sith like Marka Ragnos and the others from Korriban if we focusing Darth Bane’s line like you said the title. Don’t get me wrong, I love learning about the other famous Sith Lords, I just found it odd. Shouldn’t we be starting with Darth Bane’s backstory or end of Brotherhood of Darkness? That’s when Band’s line really starts.

The lineage of Bane did not start with Bane, he was part of the Sith legacy dating back to the Old Empire. So I did start with his background by discussing his SIth ancestors and from there moved on to his Sith descendants. That is the full lineage of Bane from past to future.
