Nothing beats catching trout with a good ole Sparkle Beetle under a popping cork. Nice trout and looks like you had a nice breeze stirring up a few waves.

@Marsh-Mechanic one trip we were using live shrimp but I decided to turn around and drop my line on the opposite side and caught a croaker I rehooked it and caught bigger trout than the 3 other people in the boat repeated that process about 10 times I was catching less but better quality than everyone else.
looks like a great day on the water until you snapped your tip. unless I’m mistaken that birds change color when it loads up on shrimp it’s the stuff that eats that gives it the color just like the pink flamingos I would assume. Thanks for letting us tagalong mr K
