How To Master Reset Acer Swift 1 windows 10

- Hello guys! In this video, we would reset #Acer #swift1 to factory settings.
its very simple, first power off your swift1 and then press and hold #alt+F10 and then press the power button. wait for a few seconds and when you see please wait on the screen just realise all button.
now you have two options either if you wanna keep your user's data then see the option and choose it.
also if you wanna restore back to the factory setting then also you can but in this way you gonna lose your data and it would take a while.
note: make sure you leave the charger on!

See the thing is my laptop is off the the left side screen is blinking it won't turn off or turn on its just on a black screen

@@Medicxgal Press and hold the Windows key and the B key at the same time while the computer is off. While still pressing both keys, hold down the Power button for one second, and then release the Power button and the keys. if that doesn't work try holding the power button until your laptop turn on

Does swift 1 can install window 7 ?
No, it doesn't have Windows 7/8 drivers
I hade windows 10 home on my swift 3 and I used that offline general key to obtain w10 pro but it says that its not activated
Now I only want to have my old w10 home like How I bought the laptop

Did you format the recovery drive??? Normally Windows 10 pc comes with built in recovery partition in the drive of the laptop!!
I would say yes you can get back to the win home if you didn't forget the recovery partition!
Otherwise you can't!!

Sorry to hear that. I know what you have faced. This is so far a common issue for this model. The best one for you, i would say. Please back up your data first and then try to freshly reinstall the windows.
Does the genuine windows will also be gone?
no , the windows will be reset back to the factory settings as well as you gonna lose all of your previous data!
