other option
Keep my files
if you select (Keep my files) than you will not lose those app but if you select (Remove everything) than you will not get any data from your current.
i would recommend you communicate with school IT person and ask him to reinstall for safe side

I have a question. I was doing this to to fix my laptop but then the laptop turned of because it suddenly ran out of battery. And now it keep rebooting and there's a notification said " the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed.
