no point in getting cheap car washes, all your doing is causing more paint defects. I good detailer once told me it's better to leave it dirty than get a cheap car wash.

How satisfying is it when you clean a car like this and it comes up like new, I recently did my wife's 2005 Focus C Max, clay bar, polish, wax etc, used black to the future on the trim, that made a huge difference, the car looked absolutely stunning when I finished and I was knackered but pleased with myself 😀. Loving these video's 👍🏻

I don't really understand the kind of person who spends all his time cleaning cars (or anything, really), but I'm glad people like you exist. To me, putting that much time and detail into such a thankless task (especially when the car is going to get dirty again very quickly) is an absurd prospect. I know that by your standards, this was a low-effort job, yet it still seems very daunting to me; the car looks plenty clean enough for me, and this is what you consider basically a cheap and generally unacceptable job, meaning that you normally put _more_ effort into it?
I'm a time poor car enthusiast and our daily hack gets into this state at times. I found this video really motivating!

Should be around 22 psi i think, based on experience 🤔

This video is like me and my brother, I spend upto 5 hours completely detailing my car and take pride in the results. My brother takes his car to the local £5 wash and is happy with that.
Weirdly enough I'm a HUGE car guy but I just spend a fiver to get the car cleaned.
Maybe it's cos my current car is just a run-around and not the car I wanted. Don't even know myself.
I decided to surprise a family member with a through clean of her car. Even though it's not my car, it really bothered me seeing a car in such nasty condition, so the washing was mostly for my own sake lol. On the exterior you could see swirls even in the dead of the night. And the interior... The day I scrapped my old beater car, its interior still looked better than what I had been dealing with. It looked like every part of the interior had been used as an ashtray, except for the ashtray itself.
After a through clean, polish and sealing of the exterior, as well as a through clean of the interior, and a change of the cabin air filter, the car looked as new as I cared to make it, and it smelled much better too.

A no nonsense, way better than average wash of a car gives already great results, especially for non car detailers. Everything else will require more effort and won’t be returned with the same amount of satisfaction of the neglecting owner. Great result, thanks to knowing your products.

@@owensteele1274 i usually listen to an audio book when i clean cars. I live with 3 other friends who all have their daily and weekend cars. As well as my own. While the neighbors make jokes at me cleaning 9 cars every month, they dont realize im basically getting free rent for a week each month gor something i enjoy doing. Also before people ask the cars are parked in a big shed out the back meaning that they still need a wash even if they dont get driven, as well as it being something i just like doing anyway.
