Wow digging the 4 liter vest. Also what is the name of the trail in the video?
Are vaporkrar and vaporhowe equipped any feature for pole storage? Coz I don't see and loop or elastic cord on the vest.
Yes the VaporKrar 12L and VaporHowe 12L have trekking pole loops. The loops are on the shoulders and the bottom, center of the pack. If you visit our site you can see the loops on the back photos. The VaporKrar 12L can be seen here www.nathansports.com/vaporkrar-12l-race-vest
The 12L versions do come with pole attachments. If you visit our website you can see photos of how the poles attach www.nathansports.com/vaporkrar-12l-race-vest
where in spain?
Looks like a great race vest. As I am a fan of hard bottles and not so much soft flasks, wil the VaporKrar also be able to hold hard bottles?
Absolutely! The VaporKrar will fit our 18oz SpeedDraw flask or our 18oz SpeedDraw Insulated Flask, if you want to keep your water cooler longer.
Thank you for the quick reply. And will it fit a Tru-Flex 22oz Bottle?
I love the Tru-flex because of its wide bottle opening which makes it easy for mixing your drink with salts/elektrolytes.
It does fit, but you may or may not like the way it feels against your chest in this particular vest because the fabric is thinner and vest is very fitted. It may actually change the way the vest fits since the round bottle will push the pocket out more, so it's worth considering that when selecting your sizing (if you're between sizes). Another option: We have a great flask-shaped 22oz handheld called SpeedMax Plus, with wide mouth for ice and same cap, volume, etc. as the Tru-Flex, but it has a flat back and narrower profile that feels better against the chest. You could just take off the pocket fabric wrap (use it later on shorter runs) and use in the vest. Here's a link to SpeedMax if you're interested... www.nathansports.com/speedmax-plus-flask-4857n
Will check out the VaporKrar for fitting and sizing and the Speedmax Plus looks like a good option. Want to see the bottle first :) Thanks for all the answers. Much appreciated!
I recently purchased the Krar vest, although I'm a woman (Howe vest was not available in our local running store). Could you tell me what the major differences, if any, are between the two?
The sizing and fit of the VaporHowe pack is such that the shoulders are cut narrower, the torso is shorter, and the curve of the front straps is designed to better accommodate a woman’s frame. The VaporKrar pack offers a unisex fit that features a longer torso and more room in the chest area, and it works better for most men, as well as women who are taller, have large shoulders, or a large chest. Because both packs offer an apparel-like fit, they should fit snug like a compression shirt across your shoulders and chest, with a little bit of room to loosen or tighten the front and side straps. Whether you have the 4L or 12L vest, be sure to fill the bladder and/or front bottles while testing out the pack.
How do I find a size for the Vapor Krar 4L? I'm a 5'6, 160 lb. guy
We have a size chart on our site that will guide you. It tells you where to measure and what size fits that measurement. You can find it on the right side of the screen under the price

Recommendations?
Hi beanerstones, we suggest you go with a large. And in response to your question about the pocket size, yes, it will fit the 22oz SpeedMax flask.
beautiful but to much expensive
No place for a phone at the front sadly.
Both the 4L and 12L versions have zippered shoulder pockets on the front of the packs that can fit plus sized phones.
