So i replaced the front pads and they didn't have the sensor wire, so i capped them, now it feels like the front brakes aren't working and brake light is on, how can they be fixed?
will this get rid of the service break pad on the dashboard? say i get my break pads replaced, but my new pads dont have sensors, can i just go ahead and do this to make the msg go away?
Hey man I’m having that issue light went on than off it said service cut my car off and back on it went away any suggestions or info would be appreciated
Took it to a mechanic to change front pad breaks, but he didn’t follow the break service instructions. Now my ESC, brake, parking brake lights are on. How can I reset the system? Do I need to remove the pads and install them again? I appreciate any help.
I had to jump the motors to retract them all the way. Positive connector is on the right. Idk how to fix the computer getting stuck again so im leaving it unplugged for now

Negative you need to replace the sensor that is bad they are one time use

@@danthebrakeman my electronic brake light came on saying service I took it to the dealer it was a malfunction and covered under warranty

The front brakes won't affect the epb did he plug the brake wear sensors back in?
