The funniest part is when 2 French policemen chase 2 art thieves ride their tandom
bike thru the NYC streets. Really zany!

It was "Au Revoir" for Gaston Le Crayon after this cartoon, his fifth and final.

I remember this on a syndicated program with The Alvin Show during the mid-1990's.
