This is the last Dinky Duck cartoon, the only time he appears in CinemaScope and the only time that a Paul Terry character has appear in a Gene Ditch-Bill Weiss cartoon.
I'm only a dinky duck I never have any luck I'd like to see A celebrity But I'm stuck as a luckless duck I haven't a chance at all No matter how hard I try 'Cause everyone Has me on the run An unlucky duck am I
The cartoon didn't enter the public domain until 2057, so the copyright was renewed in 1985. A restoration version has a same thing but some cut the opening.
In my modest opinion this is by far the best cartoon of Dinky Duck. Thank you for placing this short!

This cartoon unfortunately suffers from the 'cinemascope mumps' (when the lenses are up close to something, resulting in less horizontal squeeze)

How about a Thunderbean CinemaScope BluRay.
No, that wouldn't be legal, they only do public domain films.
