I’m glad you’re still doing the same format where you talk as you walk and shoot videos. I watched the Santorini video where you narrated after taking the videos and did not enjoy that one as much. You guys do excellent work and I look forward to all your videos!
Cheers, we have the videos from Santorini on our channel where we walk and shoot also. That was an older trip that we decided to create a travel guide about
I just got back from Greece, inspired by these two. It was an awesome trip, and precisely as they filmed it. They showcase the locations perfectly/ realistically. I trust their travel perspective. Malta is completely unknown to me. I never hear or see anything about it for some reason.
Glad you are enjoying our island. This is the first time I came across your videos and I subscribed. Will be looking forward to see you explore Malta more. Enjoy guys ❤
The last time that I was in Malta was in the early 1980's in my pre-teen years. My! It sure has grown since then. I appreciate you giving the historical background; very interesting!
Excellent video and extremley well presented all your comments are well informed and you have obviously have done your research im a brit whos been living in Malta for 25 years 18 years in Malta and last 7 years on Gozo i feel blessed to be living in such a beautiful place with a great climate and steeped in history.
Hi, just wanted to say how much I enjoyed watching your Malta video. I visit Malta regularly so already know it very well. There are lots of other Malta-related videos on UA-cam, but I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed how you put your videos together. I'll certainly be having a look at your other videos. Keep up the great work!
I’ve been there last autumn, stayed in St Paul’s bay. 😀It was beautiful in cooler weather too, there’s a lot to see there even without bathing in the sea. Lovely island!
Great video! For those adventurous spirits, Argentina Polo Day exists, one of the best ways to get to know Argentina and live unique experiences!! We are waiting for you!
Malta is such a beautiful and historic places to visit. It's been some years since we've been, so thank you for helping to relive some memories! Great job as always!!
Malta has many interesting places to visit Beautiful Buildings and I never knew St. Paul stayed here for three months!! Carol, the crêpe looked great. What was it filled with? Thank you Carol and Chris for another fascinating video.❤❤
Hi people, your vlogs are fantastic. Just a little advice. When you compare prices for boat excursions, you must also compare a distances. For example: Comino is practicaly part of main island, and excursion from Split to Blue cave on Bisevo in Croatia and back take 96 sea miles!
We didn’t do that tour in split. We did the boat tour in Dubrovnik and the islands were just as close also. The boat here leaves from St. Paul’s bay in Malta and not the tip of the island which looks really close to Comino
I used to live here, more particularly in St. Paul's bay. I remember walking around that area. Brings me so much memories. Everything is somewhat affordable compare to their neighboring countries. Great job, you two. Keep up the good work. 👏🏼
@JumpingPlaces Yes, Filipino by blood. I was also stuck in the Philippines when you guys were there, too. And we were a few buildings away in Makati when you went back. I hope we cross paths so I can finally say hi in person. 😁
This for me was a great video because I want to go and visit ❤ Lol 😆 Carol , I saw 👀 that fish 🐟 and asked myself “ oh ,my what is that bc it didn’t even look like fish?!” …no worries it happens everywhere…. Next .
You should try to get tickets for the Ħal Saflieni. It is one of the most mysterious and powerful places on this planet and the main reason why I went to Malta. You need to buy tickets online and there are only so many available per day so you may need to book in advance if you want to be sure you get a ticket. It is literally right in the middle of a residential neighborhood and was discovered underneath someone's house.
wow didn't even know that place existed, must be one of the coolest naolithic sites in the world? Many that we visit aren't very preserved and sometimes not much to see but this place looks pretty complete still
Malta is definitely different from the other Mediteranian countries. We actually enjoyed living there for a while. A few suggestions to make your trip more special: definitely take the long walk along the sea from Sliema to St. Julian's and have the best deep-fried calamari at Kalama in Sliema; visit Senglea, it is a very beautiful place, but stay away from those restaurants)) Enjoy your time in Malta, guys and all the best to you!
I watched last episode and was waiting from where you gonna start “Malta Series”. Funny enough you guys started the video exactly in the same place where me and my girlfriend was waiting for our airbnb to open. We was sitting on them benches behind you haha ❤
Awesome video as always. You should consider coming to Cyprus. We could show your around the last divided capital city in the world as well as visit the largest ghost town in Europe. Would be an amazing experience.
welcome to our tiny island!🥰 i suggest you visit the fekruna beach in Xemxija since you are in the north part of the island! Avoid St julians and sliema as it’s the party town of malta and its very noisy! feel free to ask any questions if you are in doubt! enjoy it!🎉
It is interesting how Arabic mixed with local languages to become mixtures, like creoles. Maltese being Roman and Arabic, in East Africa, Native languages and Arabic, forming Swahili, and the main language of Morocco, Berber and Arabic, forming Darija. Of course, the same thing is true in the Caribbean, where we find French-based, English-based, and Spanish or Portuguese-based creoles.
Actually, the Knights changed the capital to Birgu. Valletta was just s plain field at the time of the Great Siege. When the Knights won, this plain field - were the Ottomans had their camp - they decided to build a new capital and to give it the name of their Grand Master!
Riviera is coming up in the next video :D yeah some places like riviera were already jam packed during this time so cant imagine how it would be in august!
@@JumpingPlaces sure. Malta is scary packed right now, you have to plan for the right time to leave the house. Restaurants are overbooked and good luck finding a spot on the beach. Good to see you traveling the Mediterranean. Merhba :)
Gorgeous video! Jump over to Cyprus if you get a chance. I live in the U.S. but was there last year. The “ghost city” is the real deal. Extremely fascinating.
Always thought of Malta as being very unique and historical, a really interesting video guys. British phone boxes…so odd! Like that time you came across a random Scottish bagpiper…can’t actually remember where that was but it wasn’t Scotland! 😄
Excellent video guys! The old town (Mdina) looked amazing! Are there places inside Mdina where you could also stay, do you know? How was Rabat? Is it worth it besides the beautiful church? Looking fwd to your next videos!!!
Not really, we kept mentioning in the video how empty and laid back everywhere seemed, we had just come from rome, croatia and montenegro which were way way more crowded
I am in Toledo, Cebu.....bought a bicycle....zoom zoom.....barbecue EVERYWHERE...... ....fresh coconut for breakfast....even here there are 2 collections at Mass now..shameful....so shameful.....

Lovely as always. Thanks for sharing. We binge watch your trips at times.
The old stone buildings and walkways are so impressively beautiful. I think they contribute to the overall beauty of the place! 😊
Definitely, such an amazing mix!
Spent almost 3 years there, without break. Heaps of memories in this small nation, all kinds...
3 years nice!
Thanks guys.
You saved me 1 million dollars.

Pro Tip for Buses, buy 7 day ticket for €25, otherwise is expensive. Remember all buses in the main island end up or starts in Valleta.
Thanks for the tip! We ended up getting Ubers more because the buses didn’t seem too reliable with the times. Obviously way more expensive though

That's not pools those are baths. People used to wash in the sea.
You missed Sicily, Crete and many other islands
we went to Crete last year and have a few videos on our channel from there

yes a complex history, non stop invasions!
