Pastizzi okay Qassatat okay Instead of a cannolo which is obviously not Maltese and instead of that chocolate thing which is very anonymous as a dessert, you should try the kwaresimal (really nice and really maltese) The blue cheese in the video is gorgonzola, I know the place. You really mashed things up. Traditional pastizzi are either ricotta or mashed peas. Chicken is a recent addition for tourists. The delicatessen board: maltese sausage does not have pistacchio nuts. Bdw you had a small cheeselet called gbejna which is very typically maltese. You had the fresh gbejna and the peppered gbejna which is harder and has a spicier tastse. It iz usuallu presedved in brine but you said it tasted like vinegar. You called the fresh gbejna ricotta. What you called Blue cheese is actually french brie. I really like that the traditionally filled ftira left you speechless😂. The bread was probably toasted. The cannoli types were not typical and they re a sicilian speciality anyway. The honey ring wasn t the best quality. I hope the taste was good. Bravo for at least looking for the local cuisine. Beware of food fakes.
