Beautiful space, I started small and now have a large backyard and it's taking shape slowly as life allows but looking at your video gives me the much needed reminder why I started gardening..to create my own space to grow veges, flowers, kids, myself, heal, be happy and enjoy life. Your garden is beautiful. I also have a porch garden but I don't get too much sunlight because there are a lot of trees outside. Also, how do you keep the water from dripping out of your raised beds onto the floor? I have a porch with tiles and it can drip down to my neighbor so I can't have a water mess on my floors. Thank you for any responses and tips you can give me.
Mine too did not receive the best sunlight. I used to keep trays underneath the raised bed to catch water and then later on use it to water other plants. :)
I loved this transformation!! My balcony is almost the same size as yours. I wanted to ask if your greenhouse was heated. Also where do you live? Whats the climate like there? And where you able to grow things in your greenhouse even before the summer came? I live in Montreal, Canada. We have harsh winters and cool springs. I was wondering if I get a greenhouse and keep it outside would it be warm enough to grow seedlings in spring?
I live in Germany, we have winters but I guess not as harsh as Canada. ;) The greenhouse I used is a makeshift one, not heated. It just gives some protection from the wind and frost. I was able to grow spinach, broccoli, lettuce in the greenhouse. They did not grow much in the winter months but started to pick up in Feb. So the greenhouse helped to preserve them during the cold. I can only recommend.
I can tell you were most definitely inspired by Her 86m2. If only we will acknowledge the people that inspire us more often.
