Perhaps give SAAB credits too since it is SAAB's model based digital design.
Dont cry pooor Swene!Swedish love American ashools eller hur!
There is so much tech bidirectional technology and knowledge transfer between the two counties that it's hard to keep track of it all. Besides that would be a bit like crediting Dassault whenever you use SolidWorks to design something, sure you do that but it's in the industrial partner credits.
Don't really know where SAAB comes in with the design aspect since I've kinda associated them with delta wings, but yeah, give credit where it's due. This kinda looks like a Hornet though.
@@bob8688insecure American cucks detected we all know USA do need other countries technology too😎
That is one good looking SAAB!
As usual, Boeing don't even mention the tiny little Swedish company that tought Boeing how to design aircraft this efficient way.
Boeing, you should give SAAB a lot more credit for this than you do.
Yes, I can see the JAS Gripen fingerprints all over the plane.
As an American the Europeans already know this which is why they buy Saab aircraft over US
unless you can give some sources, im gonna say there might just be some saab fanboyism going on
@@untrust2033 I was thinking the same thing. Without proof it's just talk.
It looks like a combination of the F18, the Jas Gripen, and the EA-6B Prowler. haha
It's a fantastic aircraft ....I haven't seen this kind of innovation since the late 80s early 90s
A mini F-18! Also uses the same engine as the legacy hornet!
If you are familiar to the Saab Gripen you can see its design elements all over the T7A
Well-done. Sounds like a break through in designing technology. In essence a single engine F-18.
true
I see it as a mix of the F35 and FA18F model.
A, No.🇺🇸
Yeah, I'm going to need one of these, Boeing.
Simply OUTSTANDING!
Simply outstanding Swedish design ✌️
Wonder if this thing will be adopted by the navy in the future, since it is so close to the F-18 in structure
More like an updated F-20 Tigershark.
What a beautiful little jet. I'm just bummed I don't get to buy one... :)
Cool! Why not mention the partner company that do half the aircraft and who is a big contributer of the MBD ways of working?
Absolutely Dude ✌️
Will this jet ever be used in war? Is it only for training? The large canopy is impressive for visibility. Beautiful machine no doubt.
The Swedes sure designed a beauty !
They should make attack - close air support version
Much better than the FA-50.
F-9 because it’s like half an F-18
I cannot believe you didn't mention the SAAB Inputs.
Can this airplane be adapted as a light multirole aircraft? Beautiful design.
So does the dogtooth leading edge fix the wing problem?
Nice jet, Boeing!
Hmm, imagine these systems but in an F-20 Tigershark...
Northrop should have developed an updated F-20 for the T-X program
@@abrahamdiaz3648 That's what I was thinking. Just imagine an F-20 with a GE F414 and AESA radar...
@@Tigershark_3082 The Tigershark was an avant-garde jet fighter. The specifications for which it was disparaged are the same that all manufacturers are looking for today: simple, cheap, powerful and efficient.
@@abrahamdiaz3648 Indeed. However, a big issue with the prototypes had to do with fuel. On the 4th partially finished prototype, it was going to have an increased fuel capacity. The prototypes also never got their Ford Aerospace Tigerclaw cannons, which were supposed to be faster-firing M39A3s made of a lighter material
If they could market F-20 as low cost solution for third world countries, that will be great.
So they have more option than just JF-17. 😔
60 % Swedish SAAB 👍
Hence the delays! 🤪
Can you be more specific? My understanding is that the design belongs to SAAB but almost everything else belongs to Boeing
LINKÖPING engineers need to be mentioned here, not just the dark tails .
It looks like a combination of the F18, the Jas Gripen, and the EA-6B Prowler. haha
I hope Boeing handles this project better than it did the B737-800MAX and the C46.
It would be sweet if the RCAF bought into the program to replace the CT-155 Hawk. Hard to believe they replaced the Tutor over 20 years ago!
เครื่องรุ่นนี้มีอนาคตมากมันมีเครื่องบินคล้ายๆกันที่เกาหลีใต้ น่าสนใจมาก
Danm this looks good, could be a nice replacement for the t1 hawk we have in uk which is retiring soon be great if bae could delevoped a uk variant like westland did the apache i believe
I am in LOVE.
Beautiful aircraft. Wow 36 months while HAL takes 20 years to get a plane certified
Why ? That's worrisome. India needs improvement to face down China next..
Well, they don't have much experience!
lack of experience, red tapes in procurement, iterative requirement changes over decades; hence the delay. Better late than never now things are smooth for Tejas MK1, MK2 is on correct course, AMCA, TEDBF are ambitiously on target deadline, CATS OMCA made its demonstration ahead of deadline :) great work by our HAL and DRDO scientists. It's true that we cant recover time what has already been lost but we're catching up faster than expected.
Hello Self flagellator. Its design to first flight in 36 months. HAL did the same for HTT40. Dassault took 15 years for Rafale certification. HAL took 15 years for Tejas, Mr Self flagellator.
Feeling so proud to be a Schmidt right now! hehe
Thank you
Very exciting to see this jet flying in St. Louis!
Best looking Boeing fighter/trainer.....that X-32 was a bit of a dog looks wise.
Malaysia is watching..✌️😊✌️🇲🇾
Yay boeing
No mention of SAAB!
saab own yt channel dont promote this plane, what you expect? 😓
Beautiful !!
Great aircraft.
Better than any other fighter plane flying today.
This is not a fighter though. Just a trainer, still good but not a fighter.
Like to see them do a comparison with the Textron Scorpion Trainer.
This aircraft is exactly like the BD-10 from Jim Bede and Bede aircraft.
That is a good looking plane.
beautiful plane
Beautiful plane. The civilian market would be awesome.
...MONSTER ....warp speed..!!!
I wonder why the cut so abruptly at 0:40, most likely the rest of his sentence was "-for both boeing and saab".
Swedish SAAB all behind the cockpit - including all red parts (but not the main wings)
Looks like a nice aircraft and candidate for a new Finnish Airforce trainer? Anything else like this competitive on the market? The British Hawk has been in service in Finland for 40 yrs and will not to far into the future be retired. Go for it!
When you crossbreed an F18 and an F35. Sick. 🤣
Double plus good.
Awesome 👍
BRAVO!!!~
Mixing fuel with air before ignition( explosion)😀
Btw is there a better way to add boost other than after burner?
Makes me proud to own part of this company.
Hmm, not a word about their partner SAAB, typical US behavior. 😜
The T7A can only serve as a simple practice aircraft due to its incorrect wing structure. It is not suitable for practice dogfights against enemy aircraft.
This can be a great replacement of the Northrop F-5 Tiger II
It looks like F20 and F18 had baby😂😂😂
Baby Hornet 🐥😍
Don't wish that upon them, the Hornets and Super Hornets are an okay all around jet but not specialized to be the best.
very interested airplane
If they had contracted Saab directly and left Boeing out of the picture, it would've probably been done by now!
How do the costs per operational hour compare with the Textron Scorpion? $3k/hr for the latter I think.
AT-38 A/B/C trainers were just fine.
A lot of pilots failed training and lost their lives in the T38. Especially the A model
is this plane going to replace the T-38 Talon? I live a few miles from Randolph AFB and they train there with the old T-38. Would be cool to see one up close.
I've heard that from a pilot. I guess it must be since the t38 is on the way out and this is the only game in town
Looks like it *could* be a carrier trainer as well.
who's gonna be the first to make a model kit of T-7A ........can't wait ........................
Tell me this Plane is Maneuverabile
Odd, I took photos of a prototype in 2015 at RNAS Yeovilton Air Day (U.K.) which was displayed by Thales, called the Scorpion, which bears an uncanny resemblance to this machine!!
That was a prototype of a ground attack jet that didn't go anywhere
Is the narrator Martin Sheen?
Great
О круть
Steve "Bull" Schmidt 😄😄😄😄
P
Why can't this be used for a light attack aircraft in environments like Afghanistan where enemy air assets and advanced air defenses don't exist? I bet this thing it much more affordable to fly than aircraft like the F-15, 16, 18, 22, 35.
Compro 100.000 unidades para a força aéria brasileira e o projeto é tecnologia para a embraer
COVID should have taught us that ALL parts of aircraft should be built in USA.
The western equivalent of the Yak-130.
The greatest ruse of all time made it hard to get parts. Lol
First Boeing!
?
?
👏👏👏👏👏
Im gonna guess that war thunder players are gonna want this jet now
❤️❤️
I want one. Please.
When Super Hornet got a child
YAK 130 (Russian) design, with western technology.
Would be nice to see some black pilots too!
Beam beam
Saab like to create a small siZe jetplane at matter efficiency.
New Age!
why couldn't Boeing come up with a similar design if they are so smart?
Looks like a BD-10...
Has F-16 Mains
A t38 and fa18 hybrid
wow billions on billions for a plane with sisy wheels, that is admirable how the human race has evolved, since the evolution theory

Already 3 years delay
Digitally Connect - You mean they finally installed Apple CarPlay
Soon, manufacturing jet airframes and avionics will be as simple as manufacturing cars and their electronics.
