Lol this not a fair fight. Iphone 15 pro is basically iPhone 15 pro max with 3x telephoto, so u may as well compare S24+ with S24 lol, not the same tier.

why would gsmarena use exynos for comparing cpu performance? exynos is not stable and running hot and have lower performance compare to 8gen3. we know that 8gen3 slower in cpu performance compare to a17 but still with 8gen3 the margin is smaller compare to exynos
That would be a closer comparison but the reality is that there's a significant number of people across the world who will end up with an exynos device
How about samsung make snapdragon s24 available everywhere? I think that’s misleading in samsung’s part to call it the same when it has different internals.
@@neilfordanwell if samsung would really be concern about from the beginning then they would use only one cpu the snapdragon across the markets in the first place. samsung is confident with the exynos even tho it still lags behind the Snapdragon
@@FredRoxstaryou right about that, like me im from indonesia. at first i want to switch my poco f3 to s24+ because i think its enough upgrade for me but in indonesia we have exynos 2400 and that really let down so i didnt change my phone and wait for another year because iphone is just not keep up with android if you like a phone that can do anything and have small limitation

I was planning for s24 or s23, but slower charging speeds are a concern, my poco m4 pro charges much quicker than these s series and I'm used to it.
So thinking of getting mi 14, is cheaper and has it everything, from 512gb rom, 90w fast charging but will have only 4 year os upgrade vs 7 of galaxy.

Hello, I have to change my old android phone (Oppo A53) it has a broken display and it works very hard, its a pain and I was thinking of breaking the ice with an iPhone, I would like to know what you think of the iPhone 15 Pro and how is the battery life for an average user that doesnt play games
In Auto mode, the iPhone 15 Pro could be britghter, but the S24 maximum brightness is 2600 nits, and 15 Pro goes up to 2000 nits. You should be more specific. Otherwise, it is not 100% procent true that you have said.
Andriod is better than ios across the board you are a great reviewer and highly respect you. I buy phones based off your reviews. Of many devices. I used apple I've used andriod. Other than geek bench scores and more polished software. Apple still is no match for andriod... Ai split screen and some the things that Apple just cannot do! I have regular s24. I'm also 64 yrs of age and in person anyone can take out fan boy iphone I will pull out s24. And prove which is better. Andriod means robot apple is a bullshit my opinion. And pricey most with 60 hrz 🤣😊

They basically the same with s24 having better SoC(market dependant). The s24+ is a much better buy than the s23+ . But if you buy the s24 with exynos version, you might aswell buy the s23 that have snapdragon,. Only pro buying s24 above s23 is the software and the software updates of 7 years

As expected, the comments are filled with salty water. What people don’t seem to understand is the video clearly states that the comparison is based on size and class. Both are COMPACT FLAGSHIP.
The S24+ and S24 Ultra aren’t compact, whilst iPhone 15 aren’t Flagship.
The S24 is part of Samsung Flagship line, iPhone 15 Pro is Apple’s Flagship, and both are compact phones.
How is this simple extrapolation so difficult to understand?
iPhones are Flagships😂 Samsung is the one that has entry level, midrange & flagships.

The normals are premium phones, but not flagship. Just like the Galaxy S23 series are flagship to the Galaxy S23 FE (premium phones) and A54 (mid range phones).

Actually S24 is the one getting the biggest upgrade compared to Ultra, so I can say S24 is pretty capable against 15 Pro now. Software updates, Galaxy AI, screen and glass upgrade is enough to challenge 15 Pro IMO
It's about an affordable open unlimited creative experience versus relatively more expensive close limited environment experience. Iphone is about superficial minds following trends blindly. Samsung is not alone in Android world though.

it's not our fault that apple made a joke with the regular iPhone 15 so this comparison it's totally fine and i think the price eventually will be the winner for 95% of people, personally i will stay 2 more years with my Zenfone 9 because i don't see much of an improvement to worth my money

🤨 Where is S24 Snapdragon?
Samsung S24's camera scored 133 on DxOMark which is the same score as S23, iPhone 15 scored 145 and the pro version is challenging top spot with a score of 154. I'm an Android user myself but this gap in camera performance is embarassing.

If the comparison is between these two devices, then the iPhone 15 Pro is miles better. A more suitable comparison would be between the iPhone 15 Pro and Galaxy S24+, then they'll trade blows.

These are my choices too. Though I do have bigger hands (being 6' height). One hand messaging is my determining factor for now. Also, I know people use iPhone for more than 5yrs than Samsung.

@@tessorodesoto1994 I'm just saying that we should be comparing baseline version of a series with the baseline version of another series since their retail prices are much closer to each other. I'm this case, comparing the S24 Ultra with iphone 15 pro would have been a way fairer comparison since both phones are in the same price range (premium segment) and boast comparable specs/hardware. What GSM arena is going here is akin to comparing a BMW 3 series with the Mercedes Benz S Class (and in this hypothetical scenario the 3 series should be compared with the C class of Mercedes instead)
