- This is the full unedited episode of the SAS Survival Secrets series, where Eddie Stone and John McAleese (R.I.P) show and talk about what is needed if you want to survive the SAS Selection process. Great Episode! Stay tuned, more good stuff incoming!!!
My dad was in the SAS, Scandinavian Air Sevice, he was an air steward, fact.
Mac died within the last year or so... RIP... proper good man, good Scottsman, good Brit.... great SAS....
These guys are dropped from the sas at the age of 40 or so. Honestly dude they can easily work for another 10-20 years before comfortably retiring. Not to mention at the age of 40 they don't have That kind of cash to retire to a good life. Specially with the costs of stuff in the u.k. these days.
THE SAS are the best special forces in the world
I have no idea what they're saying
Captain Price is based on John Mack, so he's in the video.
There's a reason why no woman has ever joined the SAS.
You know the SAS are the best, when they had Bear Grylls in there army and they trained him.
"This saw can be used to cut through wood, or metal. It can be used for other things too." Hahahaha, big Eddie Stone chopping off heads.
lol the sas
God bless John. He passed away in 2011. These men are true warriors
Its sad when they leave there special force units only find themselves in civilian life and quite often struggle with the situation I think each one should get at least £250,000 as a retirement fund for what they have given to there country
RIP John McAleese
you men are something else balls of steel this country is safe with you guys protecting us the finest soldiers in the finest regiment the world can only imitate the best
After having slagged off walter mitty dreamer types who want to join the SAS there's nothing wrong with it provided you are quite intelligent and super fit and have good endurance and are quite young.
I really enjoyed this episode a lot. Especially the interviews where they talk about mariage and leaving the sas. Many wise and deep thoughts there. Nice to see these guys being portrayed not only as the rock hard soldiers (that they are) fighting all the time, but also as normal, compassionate humans that they still are behind all the elite training.
Makes you so proud to be British ! Thank you guys
R.l.P john mack,what a guy, true hero!!!
Simply the best. No comparison.
Legendary warriors. The best of the best.
