I guess you meant nice picture “at the end of the night” 😅 The images you got from Dwarflab were already stretched? Was this done automatically by the app software, or after the shoot by Dwarflab themself? I would love to see a image straight out of the camera, no fiddling, just the image we get in the first place. Most people are not able or don’t have the skills to edit such an image further. That’s why I would like to see the raw image. But great to finally see a dso, because that’s what most of the buyers are going to use it for. I only shot dso’s, the sun and moon and in the beginning some buildings in my neighbourhood. But not one succesful panorama. I hope the Dwarf 3 will be much better at panorama’s.
I have the DWARF 3 on order, I have never done astrophotography before but I’ve always wanted to, now with the very soon release of the D3 at an affordable price I’ve decided to dip my toe in the water, so to speak. The only thing that does phase me out a bit though is post processing ( the reason why I have never tried astrophotography before) I have an Ipad and I recently downloaded Affinity Photo on to it to try editing my normal photos on to it, but its way too complicated for me and I can’t get my head around it, which is frustrating, I am hoping that the majority of stacking and processing will take Place automatically in the D3 , so I’m keeping my fingers crossed. Can you possibly share some of the pics taken straight off the D3 without extra processing when you get one?, I’m presuming you’ll get one to test before the big roll out.
I have the s50, easy to use,j ust get it level as possible, then zero issues. Software is updated pretty regularly. I had my s50 for 4 months, figured it would be a pain to setup. Finally, out in desert camping, decided i would try to use the s50. 15 minutes later was taking photos of moon, nebulas, galaxies, etc. Dwarf 3 has some nice features, will be seeing how compares to the s50. The s50, edged out the dwarf 2, so should be interesting.
Nice review, been playing with the images also, definitely better optics, I felt eagle might have been a tad out of focus based on the clarity of veil, but anyway I am optimistic, the nice stars are a very welcome upgrade
Oh and I would like to see M8, California nebula, Lowers Nebula… wait, just do them all haha 😂 And a candidate for the mosaic function would be the Witch Head. I tried many times to capture the top and bottom of that nebula, but I never got a complete image.
I've had the Seestar S50 for about a week now and it's great. Me Dwarf 3 is coming sometime in December and I'm looking forward to it. You can take larger objects with the Dwarf.
I was also in doubt, they're both good! You can't go wrong with neither but for me, the equatorial mode, better sensor, larger battery, more storage, wider field of view, higher resolution and better portability made me pick the D3. I'm also waiting for mine.
this is not terrible for 30 minutes data + the seestars fov is like 4x more zoomed in - seestar does alot of additional processing also. its early days yet.
@@hmuphilly9129 they been saying it for ages beginning to think it's a load of cack. I sold my seestar 9 months ago and I was told then its coming soon
I have one ordered and it’s my first step into deep sky astrophotography so anything you put on this item is of interest to me. Thank you.
That first step is the beginning to an addiction you will never get over! Good choice'
@@ScottCastrophotography - I fear I will fall into the black hole of equipment acquisition and so be it.
Exciting stuff! Thanks, Scott!
so tempting already have the dwarf2 . Will you be doing any imaging with the dwarf3 on the milkyway or the northern lights if possible . Thanks 😀👍
I will, and I'm excited to!

Hi 👋 Great channel, I would like to see you take some images of orion's nebula or even Andromeda Galaxy??
Curious how well orion and horsehead nebula turns out with the dwarf 3
The Pillars of creation look more visibel than they did on the previous version.
They're not blurry blobs anymore😂

Definitely a huge upgrade from the Dwarf II! Which object is your favorite to capture with the Dwarf Smart Telescope?
Veil was always a first and favorite
Interesting.
Where did you find/download the original photos?
Link in the description! They posted it on Facebook
Thank you so much. Those samples look very promising. Smaller, round and not blurred stars, and finally some color in the images. Can’t wait 👍
@BommeltjeNL I'm excited too!

Untracked? I thought these smart scopes are tracking the object. Is this not true?
They do track it.
what is better dwarf 3 or see star s50

Sigue siendo mejor el seestar S50,
Why do you think so?
