I think I out opt for the $40,000 (or approx $25k difference out the door). Too many compromises with minimal gain, plus on resale the non-SE would maintain a price premium. Agree with you on the bath as I sat in one with my 5’10” frame and knees touched the wall. Culprit is the 32” wide shower that Winnebago also uses where Thor and Tiffin use 36” wide shower and that few inches males a difference on wall spread, plus one uses an angled porcelain toilet for even greater knee room.
I'm going to keep saying it until someone builds it. Class C RV with cushy nice driver and passenger seats that rotate 180 degrees and become theater seats/recliners. Kitchen across from dinette. Split bath as you continue towards the back. North/south bed in back. It could even be on a rear slide to allow more room to walk around the bed.d. PS: love the rear storage on the Thor 4 winds/chateau. Keep it around 26' or under preferably. Also, if the passenger seat doesn't recline at least 30 degrees, I'm not interested. It's an RV seat, not an airplane seat!
Hey M/A great video .. ccc 1007 is a problem .. myself and my wife total 350 lbs, leaving 650 for our stuff - but I couldn’t bring anyone else on board I’d be over weight
These two make a great team and do a great job showing rvs. Watch other videos and then you appreciate the pace, flow, predictive entertainment and info they provide each video.
Hi Matt and Andrea! My only dislikes are the bunk over cab with no window. The small bathroom. My likes are there being so pantry and the storage and the big counter space. I love Entegra. I love that it’s small too! Thank you Matt and Andrea great job!
9:48 Yep, because back in the 1970s, we did that! 🤦♀️ My parents woke us up early in the morning and put us back to bed in the motorhome, so they could beat the rush hour traffic!
That's a nice size for that type of sink (small & round) but why can't they figure out how to make it bigger? I like that it has lots of counter space & a drop down leaf.
Agree, small bathroom, small bunk sleeper area, and don't like window coverings. For main bed, would like a regular queen mattress and topper to be able to pull down. Would be nice to have a recliner couch with more seat belts. A total of six seat belts would be nice. I like the no center pole under the table, and seat belts, but prefer a U shape and a table that slides or a different type of table for those who aren't thin. Also prefer a dry toilet and a two burner induction. Would like a ladder in the back over any design. Awning that closes if wind happens with the ability to add a screen room, do like the lights. It does have everything a person needs and more.
I want comfortable theater seating AND a dinette. Two sofas with one being uncomfortable is not for me. Neither is a dinette with an uncomfortable sofa away from the TV. If we could get theater seating and a fold away dinette at the Murphy bed that would be great.
Matt, I agree with you - same layout, same MB chassis, same drive experience at list price of about 40K less or at purchase price about 25K less. No top window keeps the heat out better - the bathroom on the regular Quest is the same size. Like some reviewer's state, it sits most of the time so when you can get the same for less, I'm all for it.
Great video Matt. Overall I like the floor plan, plenty of countertop space for cooking, Bath room Ok, plenty of storage, nice size 12v fridge. My 2 turn offs has always been those string curtains and exposed cheap cabinet hinges. Those 2 thing will make me walk every time. I really like the electric Murphy bed.
Very disappointing to see no ladder😩a decades old uncomfortable “1950’s diner” booth dinette😩a cheap plastic toilet😩a Dollar Store 4” fart fan😩and a tiny 2 burner cooktop😩in a $122,000 Class C RV😢
I would put the couch at the front of the living space. Not on a slide. Just a comfortable couch. The I’d make the slide only be for the Murphy bed. Attached to the front of the Murphy bed (in it’s up postion) I would have a a hinged table hanging down and locked with 2 nice folding chairs that can be stored right next to the table up against the bed. When u need to eat, just pop the table up and set the chairs. Then fold it back down, lock it in, and bring down the bed. That way, you don’t get the tight fit at the couch in back when the slide is in.
Hi Matt and Andrea!!! Matt, can you and Will PLEASE do another series of the RV Review "best of awards"? A few years ago you did a bunch of those... they were awesome. Thanks for all your hard work and great information. You are the BEST!
There's nothing wrong with this motorhome. It makes no sense to paint the front bumper when it's just going to chip off and the black looks better. The Firefly system is pure Garbage ! It takes more time to operate that than to turn on and off a flip switch or a round knob. It only appeals to fools and people that can be tricked into buying anything. And touch pads brake. These cabinets work just fine. If The class C I'm buying falls through ? I'm definitely going to grab one of these. I'm traveling the country for a year then selling the motorhome. I'd rather have that savings in my pocket then in a vehicle that depreciates the minute you drive it off the lot. I wish I found this one sooner. Leave it to Matt here to find the good deals and do an honest job reviewing it. Thank you Matt.
Matt you said you have never used your oven or stove or outside stove so why does Andrea get so excited about a pantry and is upset if there isn’t one. What do you use the pantry for.
Thank you for the video . For this price point I don't like that the cabinets and bed doesn't have hinges and I don't like having the outside water next to and above the electrical connection. My favorite part is the elevator. I think Jayco and Grand Design may be a better deal.
I still like the Entegra Odyssey 26M better! (Please review one) It might not be on a Mercedes but the RV floorplan/design (inside and out) is perfect!
I had to laugh at the Vita vs View comparison. The ‘old’ Vita (2020 and older) has 1800 lbs CCC with solar on the roof. These full wall slides kill all the capacity. And I like the traditional buttons, less stuff to break. The outside storage is paltry but there’s no capacity to carry anything anyway 😊
This guy should be should be working for Ringling Bros, not selling RVs, it's a beautiful coach,I wish he'd spent more time in the thing instead of rushing through it...
Realistically, i would be lucky to own this cute little dolls house. It looks perfect for a couple or a very young family of three or four. Great video Matt and Andrea.
Following for years, this is a really "potable" channel! I wonder why they don't cater more RVs to individuals or couples. Just me but if they'd manufacture a RV with an awesome bathroom, bed and full kitchen, that is really all I need. I never understand very well the need for so much space for dinners or tons of cabinet space. An RV is to be move around, and have those absolute needs (hygiene, cooking and sleeping covered), you are not going to go for walks inside, and the point is to go places and get out. I think they are missing that segment, and still going for stuff that doesn't "happen" or exist anymore like 8 or even 6 (sleeping) people families. etc, just my thoughts...
the industry "creaming the customer days are over" they are taking less and hopefull (doubted) the quality can return sometime, too. maybe even the dealers will start actually fixing things that leave the factory assembled incorrectly or with shoddy materials and craftsmanship.....
40,000 cheaper then the other one., wow., the average use out of these things is 3 weeks a year., unless you work on the road or are retired and traveling it’s a waste of money., I see so many of these just parked in driveways and outdoor storage lots not moving
Matt when did you pick up the, "Know what I'm sayin' ?" It's great for a drinking game but not in you video presentation. Just sayin'. You didn't used to say that.
Hey Matt, love your videos! The description label on this one should read: $40,000 Cheaper THAN the Original Motorhome" not "then" - just a little correction for ya 🤙🏼 keep up the awesome work you guys!
I must be old but I don't care to hear so much about poop and toilets. I am a Marine so words do not shock me. I could give a shit about toilets, I spend very little time on my toilets each day - Your "poop" comments are beyond irrelevant, your words: "Silly and stupid" come to mind - I would add juvenile. "Bmmmbmrrmbb" is also juvenile - I would prefer to do business with serious professionals, and I am not alone. 3 things I like/dislike, blah... I watch because I love the actual RVs. Cheers!
1,007lbs??? And I’m sorry but the fact that bc of the soaring costs of these things, the MSRP being 40k less means very little when you consider that these companies were already selling the “better” motorhomes three years ago for 40k less. I’ll take the “better” pre-owned for 25k less than the 40k less.
When you do review, you don’t have to add the locks the power windows that all comes with the unit don’t waste your energy on things that are not optional mention the optional things that cost more money, not power windows, power breaks, and the insignia of the Mercedes you’re much better than thatMatt
The couch sure has a nice view of the fridge
Andrea seems like a lovely person. Good Catch Matt!
If married definitely he married up..
Put it on the ford transit chassis and you would save another 10k.
ccc is a deal breaker. Matt, have you ever weighed your rv while fully loaded?

Love this😊 RV it has the generator and has solar too, WOW need to call about a possible trade in thankyou Matt & Andrea😊
Hi Matt and Andrea! My only dislikes are the bunk over cab with no window. The small bathroom. My likes are there being so pantry and the storage and the big counter space. I love Entegra. I love that it’s small too! Thank you Matt and Andrea great job!

I would like to see more camper vans from you. Like the mammoth host were Lance, also the northern.
NO! but you can buy a new mattress from Brooklyn Bedding to go on the bed instead of the hard junk factory mattress.
That's a nice size for that type of sink (small & round) but why can't they figure out how to make it bigger? I like that it has lots of counter space & a drop down leaf.

KUHMO tires are considered budget, but it is a well known South Korean tire company.
As someone who worked in tire sales for a bit there definitely a well known brand. Not some super cheap knockoffs like there are out there

how come you can get superior camper vans for half the price in Europe , 40-70 euro
Because we want bigger and better. We’re Americans

My dislike will is the Murphy bed.

Welcome to 2024 where a $122k RV is supercheap for it's class! Insanity
Yeah same.
After all that is said and done, it's still overpriced, MSRP means nothing, I watch your videos because I enjoy you 2 stay safe my friends.

Sorry hun you can only bring 1 roll of toilet paper, anymore puts us overweight.
Question do they make this size with a corner bed with a slide out in kitchen/living room area?
I'd rather have the sofa/bed swap places with the dinette. Who wants to look at the frig? Table would be more in the "kitchen"
Adore you too. will be buying from you. However, this one looks like junk. Disposable. :(
Thank you for the video . For this price point I don't like that the cabinets and bed doesn't have hinges and I don't like having the outside water next to and above the electrical connection. My favorite part is the elevator. I think Jayco and Grand Design may be a better deal.

Holy flip, Andrea! You look fantastic, darling did you lose weight? You look great in that color is just terrific!
Awe thank you so much. Yes I’ve been working out and eating better.
IF YOUR SLIDE OUTS BREAK CAN U PUT THEM IN & OUT MANUALLY

Matt, I love ya no matter what ya look like and if you need a product, I have list 47 pounds in mine!
Very nice!👍🤘🧡💛🧡
You know what I'm say'n? I don't know
The "ya know what I'm sayin'" king never fails to deliver..😂
4 colander?? Nope. Sorry. And it’s a shame because I LOVE the RV (home) section 😊
A four cylinder engine for that RV just seems to small to me. Those turbos just burn a motor up faster.
$188k
Matt and Andrea 5 years ago :P
cabinett next to fridge???
Matt when did you pick up the, "Know what I'm sayin' ?" It's great for a drinking game but not in you video presentation. Just sayin'. You didn't used to say that.
That drives me nuts! One time I actually counted how many times he said that thru the entire video and it was 14 times!! 😁
Hey Matt, love your videos! The description label on this one should read: $40,000 Cheaper THAN the Original Motorhome" not "then" - just a little correction for ya 🤙🏼 keep up the awesome work you guys!
Matt, please stop using the word cheap! It just sounds bad, try cost effected or value. Great review and I truly like your channel.
That Blow will catch up with you....

Not worth half that price.
Murphy bed sofas can be luxury sofas, they need to not depend on the sofa to support the bed, place a couple of legs on the bed....done.
Is it a B+ or a C-?
100% Class C👍
👍
Dude, ya gotta try Weight Watchers-p
Still can't hear you when you turn away from the camera...telling you for a friend...
1007 lbs CCC. Ugh. Marginal.
Nice numbers
Junky overpriced RVs.
When you do review, you don’t have to add the locks the power windows that all comes with the unit don’t waste your energy on things that are not optional mention the optional things that cost more money, not power windows, power breaks, and the insignia of the Mercedes you’re much better than thatMatt
Not impressed
Nice single persons RV.
That bathroom is close to unusable. The rest isnt to bad. Bed and dinette should of been switched. We all saw you thinking it.
You have any earth roamers or overlanders
