This really is one of the best pro games ever played. Absolutely epic, back and forth, non-stop action.
This is the best sc2 game i have seen by far.Unbelievable.this is the 3rd time i have watched this.
What an amazing game! seriously so good, this series was a pleasure to watch.
Love Thorzains playstyle, it's so good without being cheap and abusive. His games in this TSL have all been very exciting. His macro and micro are equally beastly, hopefully we'll see more long, macro-style games like these.

I really liked MC's quick follow-up attack at 13:27 after that battle in the middle, caught ThorZaiN off guard and got him by surprise. Very intelligent move!
i think everyone agrees with me if i say THIS IS THE BEST SC2 PROGAME IVE EVER SEEN. 37 MINUTES OF BEAUTY!!!
There are so many things I loved about MC's play.

Incredible game, spectacular play from both sides -- especially with the ghosts/HTs towards the end. Really WP on both ends!
Best game of the whole TSL! The battle at 19:10 was like the greatest Terran'ing I've ever seen.
In a very recent interview MC said he thinks European Terrans are better than Korean Terrans. With guys like Thorzain, Kas, and Strelok, he just might be right.

just love emp...it deals more damage than a psychstorm, it wipes energy and it reveal cloak. imo blizz should add a 1 second stun effect follow by 3 seconds of slow to it then it'll be perfect.
Initially, in the previous two games and in the beginning of this game, i felt that mc:s unit control was pretty sloppy on some occasions. I felt kind of disappointed. However, that battle at 16:40 changed that. Awesome battle by mc. Same at 22:20.
And thorzain also made an epic battle at 19:10.
Those three battles made me all warm and fuzzy inside... ^^
This is the type of game I want to see in a finals of a huge tournament!
@Tomy2702 Agreed, I came off the no spoiler VOD thread to just say that was the best starcraft 2 game i've seen, EVER. MC showing just how he won 2 GSLs and ThorZain really proving himself. Incredible macro and even better micro from both, i think i just had a nerdgasm :)

Yeah his cloaked ghosts was an awesome play, he wiped the floor with what was a scary immortal force but then he sucided them into the main losing 2000 gas. Not only was it 2000 gas but it was also his solid lead. I would safely say the drop he did after taking the nexus and some probes did nothing.There was the dark shrine of course but it was last on a long list of target prioties. That being MC's standing army and more immediate sources of income. A nice play but squandered on being overzeal
@tyliong ghosts are by far a much better choice then tanks against protoss and he cant really produce both at same time or he wouldnt be able to get his awesome upgrades etc.

@etwisabeta You mean the insane micro of MC managing to feedback/blink snipe almsot 25+ ghosts that game and still lose in the one fight where Thorzaine actually manage to EMP the Immortals? Or how MC had his Stalkers blink sniping Ghosts in battle, Zealot/Immortals on a different hotkey moving around flanking and actually using spells like Storm/Feedback and Forcefield? Yeah....stim kiting with a giant marine/marauder ball on one hotkey is pretty hard *rolls eyes*

@bubba18sar I agree psystorm>EMP, but that was a really lame reason to point out... EMPs on a protoss army Literally halve its hitpoints. Of course, you'll still have the whole army dealing damage to you, but in terms of the damage you'll need to kill that army, the EMPs have just "killed" about half that army. And of course versus Archons they are an insta-kill. And protoss doesnt have medivacs healing their army back up. But yeah, Psystorm is pretty OP, especially in the late game
Are you guys crazy? Yes, this was an awesome back and forth game, and yes if we can expect more games like this in the future, SC2 will just be like SC:BW, but c'mon guys, there are way more "epic" and "obscure" games out there. Watch Darkforce vs. Brat_OK on Shakuras Plateau for instance. That's wild!

@bezlanoi92 If you have HP bars on, you can tell by the mana bars. Still quite an impressive feat to feedback them though, ghosts are soooo teeny tiny. U_U

What IS good micro is MC's ability to split his high templar and feedback a dozen ghosts simultaneously. The announcers should not be so biased and cream their pants every time thorzain pulls off a move above the bronze level of play.
I wished this was the final match. It is too great to be anything else but a final match...

@SKNNNSKNNN Ghosts with no energy do the same damage versus zealots as marauders do versus stalkers and can hit air, they can also retreat with their 2.25 speed.

but thor need to copy MC, MC have always 1-2 observer that make him win.
if he add 1 raven to his ghost, he should kill observer and dt without waste EMP he needed for big battle, and probably could also save medivac of stalker.
ghost are cool, but ghost+raven is op^^
@bubba18sar LOL yah EMP doesn't kill, but if u ar a protoss staring down a marine's barrel who happened to be high on stimpack and perfectly capable of sending out hail of bullet at u faster than a zergling can swing its crawl, especially when you are without your shield, won't u consider urself pretty much dead?
I don't think that MC realized until this game that Protoss is REALLY good late game.

nerdgasm. this whole series is so well played. they play like brain surgeons, surgical. i love how thorzain drops the 1 rine to scout (doesn't work) but the 50 mins so much cheaper than a scan (losing a mule)...and then when the rine fails uses the scan to see the tech, little things like this that these guys do nonstop that makes them beasts. @ the peeps on here saying casters on thorzains c0ck, its cause at the time MC is hottest player in the world and thor hanging with him like a boss
@gmanthebeast1 hope sune my m8....simply terran t1 do to much dps....colloss also do masive dps...(maby hp nerf to be easyer to kill) and seige tanks need buff 50/60 agenst armored... simply late zerg ultralisc + infestor kill terrans 2 easy....(fungell buff is bio nerf) so simply you need more dps from sige tanks...

Around 20:02, if Thorzain had taken out the Templar Archives and Robotics Bay instead of the Dark Shrine and some pylons, he'd have won this game. Ah well.
i love how storms make 3/3 upgrades worthless...
gg but i still belive stim should be nerfed and sige tanks buffed... and thors speed...
also colloss nerf is in the way...
