  • Rjukan is a small town in Norway tucked in a narrow valley and it never gets direct sunlight in the winter. Mark Phillips reports on a project that is lighting up the town with the world's largest solar mirrors.

    I did this to illuminate my house many years ago... but shouldn't they have install magnifying mirrors instead normal mirrors? That way the light would disperse in the whole town and not just in one small area.

      that would most likely cause the light to diffuse so much that it wouldnt really be recognizable.

      is not the magnifying mirror to let the light straight through? here the purpose and land form required to reflect it down to the village.

      Shahyan008 Answering a question with a question. Typical flat earther, lemme explain. The ROUND Earth has seasonal rotations, far north there is more and more sunlight but closer and closer to the horizon, here I can imagine that in daytime the sun lingers around the horizon and that is why there is no direct sunlight

    Also, let’s build solar mirrors above the whole of the UK and use them year round! There’s rarely a sunny day here!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
