The opening was clever and fun, Ken. Nicely done. Music works perfectly as well. The scenery is really lovely, mate. Edit timing is crisp and on the beat. Loved the Vagabond heart as well. So good to watch someone enjoying the process. A lot of work rolled into a fantastic 19 minutes and 29 seconds. Fantastic work. I really enjoyed watching this, above anything else on UA-cam.
Much appreciated Kenny of the time you take to set up camera for various shots of hooking up and especially unhooking especially when you are buggered and just what to get to bed. Lovely drone shots too. Thanks a lot Mate
Kenny another fantastic video the quality of your episodes are outstanding lm waiting to see you on the TV doing a show keep up the great work, safe travels
Hey Ken enjoyed the footage out of melbourne back to Adelaide ive been retired for over a year and that was my job Adelaide Nhil Adelaide Derrimut ,and yes saturday night was very quiet thanks so much for the memories ,and if i knew you were at Semaphore last sunday i would have come down and had a coffee with you Cheers kym Adelaide
G'day Ken, Just some friendly advice. Those high visibility work wear T Shirts & long sleeves because of the material being polyester spray with vinegar first let it soak into the fabric then hit it with the stain removal before putting into the washing machine definitely gets rid of the body odour. I drove to Adelaide on Saturday morning & drove back Sunday evening. Just missed each other. Went over to the Chrysler Show, the quality of Mopar's was unbelievable the best Chrysler Show I have attended. Caught up with the boys lots of fun & took my parents along to visit family. Back to work Monday Midday. The disappointing thing was on my drive to Adelaide overtook a number of curtainsider B Double's with curtain buckles flapping in the breeze on the driver side, not one but 4 x B Doubles between Horsham & Bordertown real disappointing. The drivers couldn't give a toss, one buckle was a good 2 to 3 ft off the trailer curtain just absolutely bullshit. No name on the curtains or prime mover everything white. Unfortunately all Indian drivers I beep them put my hazards on no reply care factor non existence. Roads are appalling state as well. Take care buddy Cheers Louis Kats 👍
Wow, Trucker, Chef, handyman/Carpenter n now cinematographer. Whatta bloke. Great to watch Ken. We've all said it , "KEEPemcomin" Stay safe, travel well. The Ol' Fella Greg.💙
Great video Ken, good to see one of my old haunts in Adelaide. The Largs Pier Hotel, many a huge, very loud weekend rock nights there in the early 70's. You missed Billy Thorpe of your list. My ears are stilling ringing. Looking forward to the next video, keep on trucking 😊
Thank you Ken, for the delay you make to your road time, by stopping and starting to make the roadside clips. It's a big beautiful country and you get to see the dawns and dusks that the multitudes don't!And the unusual wildlife events[hopefully not a herd of camels]!Well done. And for keeping your cool when dealing with the general road traffic. An experienced truckie should have an automatic sainthood [most].Keep the clips coming!Good on yer cobber.
Thanks, Ken. All your videos are great, entertaining and the history notes educational. I'm storing your vids just in case you set a history exam and I need to find the answers. 🤣
Once again, a great report /production Kenny. I watch each and every report you make. Never boring. You guys are special the way you live with your trucks!!
Your editing is next level, love how you time your clips to the music. In all my years of truck driving, I think I only ever did Adelaide to Melbourne once.
Great Stuff Kenny. Your editing is getting really very good. Love the way you timed the edit to the music. Think you have missed your calling.. Keep up the great work and stay safe on them roads. 🙂
Another good video. Ken. I wonder if anyone else noticed in the editing, starting at 5:24, you moving down the trailers to the beats of the music. A nice touch. Looks like a new clock...hope this one behaves itself better than the last one...David Hunn
It breaks my heart to see the pub in Nhill where you highlighted the veranda in disrepair, it is closed now I believe. I was the licensee there in the 1980's, a great starter pub in rural Vic. I had three over 25 years but the country pubs are the best. Happy Easter Ken.
Thanks Phillip, yes it is a shame, I used to stay the night at a lot of old pubs like yours but the upstairs rooms aren’t well maintained as they used to be.
@@thehomelesstrucky Ken, back in the 80's we had the pub full of tradies/Truckies/commercial most week nights. They had full run of the kitchen early mornings and very rarely did anyone take advantage. In those days we did not need alarms so we had trusted truckies & and tradies arriving anytime overnight and had the code to get in the back door.
I remember mount hope pub used to be like that, there’d be cereal and bread n butter laid out so if you pulled up at 4 in the morning you’d make yourself breakfast and leave $5 on the table, was like that for many years
I really enjoy the video you make it is really great seeing this beautiful country of ours from a truck and I hope you enjoy your Easter and I can't wait to see your next vlog keep on trucking 🚛🚛
Cheers Ken , another good one , I laughed at beginning when you said Good morning it’s 2 or 3 in the afternoon 😊 after a while , morning night , night morning it all rolls into the same , take care from a bloody wet uk 😮
Great video of Largs Bay. Drone footage of the area was awesome .. Spent 2 years living in Semaphore just down the road many years ago Largs Hotel and area brought back many memories
Hi Kenny. I’ve just subscribed to your channel! I’ve been enjoying your travels and you produce good quality vids. I’m no longer able to travel so virtual travel is the next best thing, and you also make me laugh. ☺ Stay safe.
Gday Ken, great video as always I saw you on the way to Melbourne on Friday arvo on the Hume highway it made my day when saw your truck 2337. Thanks for the videos .
Ken, Another brilliant job. The content, the music just keeps getting better. Thanks for all the effort you put in. You should be really proud of your work. Have a happy and safe Easter and I will look forward to your next trip. John
Hey Ken, Fantastic video as usual mate. Another new clock lol, love it. Take care on those roads out there over the Easter break, are you having a bit of a rest? Say hi to johnno when you chat to him on the phone, that'll throw him lol, Take care
mate - I tell you one thing - you strike it luck getting down the Hill into Adelaide last weekend. There been roadworks there for months on end now, diverting traffic all over the place to work on that bloody tunnel. These traffic control utes running up and down the Freeway have been doing my head in for nearly 2 years now. Last Saturday must have been the first weekend of respite we had in months in the tunnel
Hi Ken happy Easter best wishes to you and your family’s stay safe mate ,,another year is racing before we know it will be Xmas ..take care me old mate love to your family 🙏❤️👍😃🦘🇦🇺☘️
After watching you wash the Prime-mover now i gota wash mine before the Easter break we've had so much rain up here in Brisbane Ken last few days so i gonna get the Scania all shined up ... anyways Ken safe travels as always have yourself a good Easter Weekend mate 👍
Kenny, another rippa, loved the shot over the weigh bridge, there is something so tranquil about the country towns in the middle of the night, the drone footage at the end was fabulous. Mate the white painted Lindsay prime movers in the yards does that signify anything eg local depot truck? and the AB triple in the street near the Adelaide depot, where would he trace to, stay safe mate and keep on trucking.
Thought I seen you drive by at one stage; me and a fellow trucker keep an eye out for when you hit victoria; i personally been tempted to ask about jobs based out of here for what you do, but it seems all drivers are based out of NSW im guessing, or just no avalible spots in melb for cross-country work.
You ever get sick of trucking Ken, not taking the piss, you could get into video editing . You have a real hidden talent. Well done .
Ken is an overachiever. He does both.
Absolutely agree, Ken definitely has a knack for editing.
Cheers mate thanks showing of part of our city
Without you guys the world stops

Gday mate hope your doing well I just got back into a rigid doing general freight local in Melbourne with the odd trip to Albury and Sydney 🤙🏽
Sounds great!
Life of a professional operator, awesome viewing!???
Thanks Ken.
I saw the Scotts sign at the yard in Adelaide. Did Lindsay’s absorb Scotts?
No,… just bought a lot of the gear and leased the Adelaide yard
Great video again Ken 👍 where do you find the music ? My iTunes playlist is adding up
Usually from Artlist or epidemic sound
Kenny, another rippa, loved the shot over the weigh bridge, there is something so tranquil about the country towns in the middle
of the night, the drone footage at the end was fabulous. Mate the white painted Lindsay prime movers in the yards does that signify anything eg local depot truck? and the AB triple in the street near the Adelaide depot, where would he trace to, stay safe mate and keep on trucking.
The white trucks are x scotts trucks, the b triple would be loaded for Brisbane
Thought I seen you drive by at one stage; me and a fellow trucker keep an eye out for when you hit victoria; i personally been tempted to ask about jobs based out of here for what you do, but it seems all drivers are based out of NSW im guessing, or just no avalible spots in melb for cross-country work.
The drivers are based all over the place, just call the depot where you’d like to be based, they’re always looking, drivers come and go all the time
when will yall get electronic logs
Not sure
Did you get a new clock? :D
Yes lol
Hey Ken are you anywhere near Dubbo today 6/4 2.45 pm
When you're coming down the big hill into Adelaide, if you're fully loaded what speed would you usually do?
I’d probably be in 10 gear so maybe 20 to 25 kms
Do you start your logbook with “once upon a time 😂”
Usually lol
Thanks for the video ken ps did you sleep in your truck when you got to the depot or at the hotel?
I usually just camp in the truck
When is your next vlog coming out
