Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to create this video. I retired and moved from the city to the country. When I say country, I mean, my neighbors are cows. I had to replace 125' feet of fence and did NOT know how to use the wire pliers. Now I KNOW! Thanks again.

Nice for barbed wire but using fencing pliers to twist clips won’t work on most woven wire spacing.

Great video if you already know what to do.
Otherwise, that is two minutes I will not get back.

That spacing doesn't make sense. Why wouldn't you space another inch so your pliers can go around without hitting. If you start coming up from bottom the top string will be closer but not much and you still have most of the spin around free. Just my 2 cents

If you twist the clip around there that tight you will damage your main wire and it will break in time the clip does not need to be that tight ever

The Dewalt, Irwin, Channellock, etc come to a point at the top instead of flat with those 2 grooves. They do the same, but Tectonic, Ace, and Crescent are all flat with the 2 grooves (like the ones in the video).

Great job of spacing the wire, but could you remake/edit the video so we can actually see what you are doing with the clips. No way to pass the information along if we can’t even tell what your doing.

I would check you state laws it what defines a legal fence before taking this advice.

Such beta mentality. Lol. Nobody is checking barbed wire fences. I've run ranches my entire life, and I've never even heard anyone suggest this, let alone anyone being checked, and definitely no one has ever been cited.

Lol. Nobody cares about that. I've been running ranches my entire life and that's never been an issue. I have wagyu cattle ranches and miles of fence. Do you "cHeCk sTaTe LaWs" before you get dressed in the morning?
