👀 Part 1: Building Technology & Prefab Homes Tour LIVE I Housing Innovation Showcase, Washington, DC

LIVE from Washington DC!!! Tour this public event on the National Mall showcasing innovative and affordable housing designs and technologies aimed at increasing housing supply, lowering construction costs, boosting energy efficiency and resilience, and reducing housing expenses for owners and renters. Over 4,000 attendees, including policymakers, industry representatives and consumers will explore full-sized prototype homes and new building technologies like 3-d printing, low carbon and biobased building materials. The event kicked off with educational sessions and panel discussions on housing innovation, offsite construction, building codes, manufactured housing, decarbonization, zoning, public and multifamily housing, resilience, and finance.
This event is coordinated by HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) and features exhibits from: Azure Printed Homes, Green Canopy NODE, NASA Langley Research Center, Reframe Systems, OFFSITEK and more.

Everyone trying to get into the modular buildings, pre-engineered and "tiny home" bu 21:40 siness. Not many people there, though.
No real changes in the homeless population that we've noticed.
