Awesome, you should do a review on bertucci a2s balista full lume dial, it uses the highest grade of lume and it lights up like a torch.

Thank you! New WIse Hitman is now the "Emporer" of Full Lume hands but they put silver hands on a white dial! Can't see those!
I've not seen that model in action. I'll be looking into that model. Wise makes great watches. (I just looked at the press shots of the watch). Full lume dials need blacked out handset for nighttime AND daytime viewing legibility. I don’t understand why Wise used lumed hands on a full lume dial. Too many manufacturers are doing this and missing out on an incredible legibility opportunity.
I dont any fully lumed dialed watches but they are super cool! I have done that hahaha! I have a Powertac torch with UV that I use to charge the dials from time to time haha! Like you said contrast is important and I dont want stare at it in a haze and have to look for a long time because its unclear and then i looks my sleeping haze. That Signum is just on another level! Dive king... Lume master... It really is very versatile! Thanks for sharing Tim!

Do you have any tritium lume watches? What is your opinion on them?
None as of yet. They're another great lume option. The cases tend to be taller on the wrist because of the tritium tubes on the handset needing space to rotate past each other. Other than that, they're a great option. I'm not a fan of the "rainbow" designs where the tritium is a variety of colors around the dial. Some companies to consider: Ball, Luminox, Nite, Marathon are established brands...I'm considering a Nite brand watch. Nite MX10 PVD or Titanium case. The MX10 uses quartz movements.
The only full lume dial I own is a cheap Armitron watch from years ago. I think the closest it is is to your Golden Hour. I'm surprised it has that feature and is water resistant to 330 ft considering it was a cheap Armitron. I love the Zeppelin and Hammerhead. How long do you hold the infrared torch on the watch face to charge it?

Wise hitman full Lume ?
I hear you loud and clear! I wish the Hitman had blacked out hands....I struggle with buying a watch that has full lume dial AND lumed handset...when compared to a full lume dial with blacked out handset...that legibility is drastically better. I may cave and get one.
