Funny that you say it sounds like Killswitch engage, Phil almost took the lead vocals of KSE when their singer left, he also played live with them and they had shirts with Philswitch engage writen on it
My parents sent me to NY one summer as a kid and I bumped this so hard. I think I know the lyrics on every song by heart even though I haven’t had a listen in a long time.
One of the best metalcore albums of that time. I was fortunate to see them for the 15th anniversary tour where they played this album in it's entirety. Front to back this album is killer. Every track is a banger.
The screams are him, but it's a recording. Of course, there will be parts filled in by other members (the bassist) in a live performance, but specifically in the recording, it's all one guy. That's generally how most songs are. Lots of layered recordings.
I'm almost 34 years old and still love All That Remains and Killswitch Engage, Atreyu, A7X, all the metalcore from around 2003-2008. Gimme almost ALL that shit dude. Mix in era appropriate Slipknot, and things like Senses Fail, Meshuggah, In Flames and it would likely be very close to my high school playlist. Edit, Labonte did all the vocals if memory serves. It's just layers brother :) 9:17
A Song to hearfrom All that Remains is "Chiron". The Guitarwork is just Epic. Fun Fact: The Bass Player is Female and doing alot of Background screams.
It's also worth noting, Killswitch Engage started with Jesse Leach, then Jesse moved on and they got Howard. Howard got near deathly sick a few years ago amd Jesse came back. They have Jesse full time these days, but IF YOU HAVEN'T HEARD "The Signal Fire" yet, you need to. When Howard's blood sugar was something like (and please, fact check this, because I'm going off memory,) was about 3x what should be lethal, so he had to leave a tour. That tour, they called Jesse and he filled in, then Howard retired from KSE to persue Light the Torch when he got sorted. They're still good friends AFAIK, which is still a better love story than Twilight. ;)
It's him layered, I'm pretty sure. Phil's definitely capable of those vocals. They're one of the OG metalcore acts. This album's a classic, and they fell off shortly after it. IMO
It's the same singer who does all of the vocals. You also don't seem to have an understanding of how recording in a studio works. Pretty much all bands and artists record their parts separately and also in takes. So the timing of where lines start or end have nothing to do with how many vocalists there are. So you probably shouldn't say there are two singers without doing the research first, at least in my opinion. As the points you bring up as to why you think there are multiple singers don't make sense from a studio recording perspective. Now if this was from a live show and there was overlapping screams, which to be clear they may do. They may have one of the other band members do some kind of vocals. But usually in circumstances like that. It would only be in a live environment. TL;DR: There is only one vocalist in the band, at least for the studio versions of songs (like this one). NOTE: This comment is not meant in a hateful way. It is simply to educate about how recording in a studio works and to share an understanding of how things work in a studio. There is no intention of seeming hateful here. Apologies if my wording makes it seem otherwise.

Adam D. from Killswitch also produced this album and several others around that era.
Song is older than 2015 dude lol. It came out in 2006
The song was probably reuploaded in 2015 thats why
This is the one of the best metalcore albums of all time!!! Whole album is a banger!
Adam D, the guitarist from Killswitch produced this album.
Weak Willed from this album is straight heavy bro, fire track.
"I WILL NOT GIVEEE IN TO FASCIST BELIEFS!!" fuck I love that song! The whole album is worth a massive reaction 🤘🏽
My parents sent me to NY one summer as a kid and I bumped this so hard. I think I know the lyrics on every song by heart even though I haven’t had a listen in a long time.

Also I believe Phil has filled in for Howard Jones before on tour or that might be the other way around lol
Correct.
Takes me back to high-school days jammin this album with friends.
This was my introduction to metal. It was also one of the songs I used in Guitar Hero 2 to help prepare me for Through the Fire and Flames on Expert.
thank god for Guitar Hero for introducing me to this & countless bangers 🫡🤘🏻🔥🍻

You’re not alone dude. I’m still listening to core from the 2000-2010 range for the most part. Modern day metalcore just isn’t it, usually.
god forbid, haste the day
My favorite ATM's song 👌
Studio magic. Nuff said.

THEY HAVE A NEW SONG!!
DIVINE!! First new music in 6 years since the passing of Oli Herbert their guitarist!!

Back when ATR was good. Miss these days. RIP OLI. Hope you get justice someday.
Phil Labonte have 100 different voice! So talented my favorite!
I'm very hit & miss with a lot of ATR but that album was flawless in my opinion. One of my favorite albums of that era.
Jean, the bassist did the backing screams, afaik.
