- A short video and a trip down King’s Road in London to see the floral delights at this year’s Chelsea in Bloom. The theme this year is ‘Floral Feasts’ and everything from fruit and veg , to scrumptious cakes are depicted in floral form. A great spectacle for locals and visitors alike and great way to whet the appetite for a visit to The Chelsea Flower Show! Thank you to the incredible people who create this amazing work, we loved it!

Do you follow Georgie at Common Farm Flowers? She was one of the judges at Chelsea in Bloom and said how good it was. Thanks for showing it, did not realise how superb it is and how much effort is put into it. Hope the rest of the show was as good.

We flew over for the Chelsea flower show tears ago From Frankfurt - First flight in - last flight home (day trip).
For us it was a rather seen it done it exercise. Tick it Off the list things.
Some of the specialist trade stands i found interesting. Myself i found watching it over the BBC you got to see more.
Having gone and returned, ironically dome of the specialist exhibitors we met at the Hex rose show in Belgium a few weeks later. Far quieter and more opportunity to speak with the specialists....
As a kifi found some of the better country shows were as good.
The Cheshire show in Hooton or the Shropshire show in Shrewsbury....
Different shows bring different things, I get something different from each but I confess that I love Chelsea the most! Perhaps because it’s our special mother/daughter trip that makes it for me! I’ve never been to the Hex rose show but it sounds good. The smaller shows are great as you do get to talk to the exhibitors and designers more and I know a lot of people hate the crowds at Chelsea but weirdly I quite like them! I love that sense of being together with other like minded people from all nationalities and I think that’s quite special! The crowds are kind and good natured and never any impatience or pushing etc. Thanks for your comments, I like hearing other people’s perspectives

Thank you for your kind comments, much appreciated. I think we, in the UK aren’t as perhaps expressive as other nationalities! But I read the comment to my husband and rather annoying he agreed with it🤣 so I will endeavour to be more expressive!!
