Outlaw - Dumb Friends League Harmony Equine Center

This is Outlaw, a 12-year-old quarter horse who came to the Dumb Friends League Harmony Equine Center in August 2012. Outlaw was nearly starved to death by his previous owner. This video chronicles the strides he's made to become the healthy, active horse he is today.
