$750K is a difficult price point. Search Redfin for multifamily properties under $800K in SGV and see for yourself!

Can u qualify for an FHA loan for an investment or do u have to make it a primary residence?
FHA requires you to live in the property for at least one year, whether it is an investment or not
FHA loan are only for primary residences -- but you can use an FHA to buy a duplex, triplex, or fourplex so long as you move into one of the units.
